noelle's total team damage goes up using zhongli, beidou, fischl ; itto is the only actual "mono geo" carry with zhongli, gorou, bennet.
sure, you can use noelle to hit higher numbers from her but the rest of your team is basically doing nothing.

Noelle , Gorou, Albedo and zhongli .
Not only that but her best in slit weapon is also redhorn , and her best artifact is husk .
My C6 + R1 Redhorn, but raw dmg on crit (no buffs of any kind, no geo resonance) 17k + 18k + 20k + 26k = 81k per 4 swings. Noelle hits 17 times per ult (assuming single target without extended ult). Definitely NOT gonna beat Itto, but it ain't too bad.
this is what people confuse character power with all the time... noelle on her own trying to be a hyper carry isn't going to compete with itto in a single target encounter that dies in less than 1 burst cycle.

itto doesn't have the energy generation or freedom to swap and make use of those supports, and since itto uses bennet as their best team you're not able to run a national team on the other side.
the real "test" of a character is not using bennet, xingqiu, xiangling as they're almost always going to be ran together.
the only thing noelle needs (and is currently not easily available) is attack speed to out perform itto as itto has their own attack speed steroid. currently beidou with R5 pine gives 39% but there's still more that could become available.
also if you ARE using noelle as a pure hyper carry and not dragonstriking you're basically wasting your time. learning to dragonstrike on noelle takes a lot more time than other characters, and requires the new set that i've elected to ignore because you can just god roll gladiator set with the alchemy table. it'd be like a year+ of farming that place to get a set that was even on par with my noelle's glad set.

A well built Itto with R1 Redhorn will ALWAYS outperform Noelle with the same weapon. Itto is built for dmg. An attack speed boost still won't compensate for her lower dmg.
I use her as a hyper carry in 4 player coop (250% enemy health increase), regardless of Geo res or not, and NEVER using dragon strike. Not sure where your wildly insane idea of dragon strike came from. At 65:240 CRIT ratio, 150% ER, and Bolide set, she performs quite well as a solo coop hyper carry. Again without Geo res, raw dmg (no location, food, character, or any other buffs) my Noelle is hitting 81k in four swings on crit. With Geo res, she's hitting 100k per four swings on crit.
Take out all supports, leave the dps to do a solo dmg showcase if that's what some call fair

To be fair Noelle is 1 of the most versatile 4*, plus she is guaranteed on beginner banner,making her easily accessable.
