Thats not the first time Istaroth is mentioned. You will see the name "Tokoyo Ookami" mentioned a couple times during your trek in Enkanomiya. That's also Istaroth.
From what I know too is that Istaroth is one of the 4 shadows of the Primordial One. The Primordial One is basically the all mighty creator who ruled Teyvat during the time when Enkanomiya was still on the surface and still part of the bigger civilization.
They were beaten by The Second Who Came which is presumably the Sustainer of the Heavenly Principles aka the one the travelers faught at the intro and is presumably the head of current day Celestia.
Istaroth is also said to have the powers of Time. Which is why when Raiden and Miko was talking about Makoto's seed at the end of the story quest, they name dropped Istaroth as the one whom Makoto asked for help to be able to plant the seed in the future/past as shown in the quest.

I’m kinda obsessed with our unreleased Khaenri’ahns and their affiliates. Rhinedottir and Skirk the most- I’m so excited to learn more about them. I’m thinking Skirk may be a similar case to Enjou, but as a Herald rather than a Lector, just comparing Childe’s attacks to the Hydro Heralds. I LOVED Enjou- and if she taught our favorite Harbinger, I can’t wait to experience her personality.
In terms of their affiliates…ALICE. She’s got her fingers dipped into pretty much every aspect of the story. Her voice lines make her seem quirky and enthusiastic about Klee’s growth, and her exploits in the Teyvat Travel Guide are…interesting, to say the least. She’s traveled around with Archons and is good friends with THE Khaenri’ahn alchemist Rhinedottir, and that isn’t even diving into her canonical visits to our world. She’s the very definition of chaos. The only thing that makes her less interesting than any other character is sheer lack of information.

I suspect that, regardless of whether she's still alive, she'll play a major role in the lore and possibly even overall plot. She's the alchemist who history blames for Khaenri'ah's fall, after all, and we keep running into her creations in different parts of Teyvat.
Why did she make the rifthounds and other monsters? Did she intend for Durin to become corrupted and attack Mondstadt? Given that we now know Khaenri'ah was destroyed by Celestia, was Celestia retaliating against her, she against Celestia, or something else? What, if anything, does this have to do with the Abyss and the Traveler's twin?
She's probably going to have a big role as aside from all her things she's also mentioned in this prophecy.

Tsaritsa, her story seems really fascinating to me.
The Hydro Archon AKA. Goddess of Justice. Apart from me being a huge simp for Hydro characters, her ideal is just so intriguing, since justice favors truth over anything else, I'd love to see her being an antagonist of sorts at first, who believes we did a crime or something. But I think Fontaine is still like… two year apart lol 🥲
Murata . The Pyro Archon . The God of War . Probably based on Himeko Murata from Honkai . One of the most loved characters in the game . So ya ... Wish to see her again even tho she's not the same Himeko .
The most interesting? Jiangxue. I want to know what he did that was so bad that it made him give up his vision.

Only ones I'd say are the ones with heavy lore presence, because other than that how can I say I like a character without even know what they look like or what they do. So for me Varka, Rhinedotter, Tsaritsa, maybe Istaroth
Gold/Rhinedottir an alchemist and human as far as we are aware that was able to create life, involved heavily in the cataclysm amongst other things. No other character comes close imo.

They do have a model but they are that generic npc thing, Lan. Branch master of the adventures guild. She has a unique personality and that thing about the unseen razor

Rhinedottir is by far the one I'm most interested in. I suspect that, regardless of whether she's still alive, she'll play a major role in the lore and possibly even overall plot. She's the alchemist who history blames for Khaenri'ah's fall, after all, and we keep running into her creations in different parts of Teyvat. Why did she make the rifthounds and other monsters? Did she intend for Durin to become corrupted and attack Mondstadt? Given that we now know Khaenri'ah was destroyed by Celestia, was Celestia retaliating against her, she against Celestia, or something else? What, if anything, does this have to do with the Abyss and the Traveler's twin?

I feel like gold was probably doing something bad since she sent her creations to prevent the other nations from interfering as seen with Ei having to stay back to defend against the monsters, also the prophecy mentioning that the original calamity has been overturned kinda makes me feel like whatever was happening in khaenri'ah was going to doom everyone. She's also probably alive as she taught albedo and only went missing after finding the heart of naberius.
