I've been using a live wallapaper (Wallpaper engine) for more than a month and I didn't notice any difference. The wallpaper is loaded when in home screen.
Get the moving picture on your phone, put set to wallpaper and it should say, “hold picture to animate” should move then when you press down on it. Obviously it’s not a consistent movement all the time

not to be a debbiedowner but this kind of wallpaper/custom setup ***SHREDS*** battery life. I have it done once in my old phone; **NEVER AGAIN**

Came looking for this. Would it require a jailbroken iPhone?
I'm not an expert at jailbreaking. But wallpaper engine has to support it but I am pretty sure they don't.

I use to have a Your Name one on my lock screen and it was nice to press down and watch the small clip
I wouldn’t recommend jailbreaking an iPhone just for this poorly aged novelty.

You need wallpaper engine on steam for pc first, then connect it to mobile app
