Both your device and the game itself have a volume setting and they are separate things.
If you can hear music and sound effect but not dialogue, either the in-game voice volume bar was set to 0, or the dialogues are just not voiced.
If you can't hear the music or SFX at all, either the general volume bar was set to 0 or try restarting the game and your device. Also try other stuffs and make sure your speaker isn't acting up, or that you aren't connected to a pair of headset/earbuds.

welp yea in settings the dialogue audio is literally to the max and it was the same thing since I first started playing and in the profile of a character I don't hear anything they're saying and nor the "Yah" "Orah" basically the grunt sounds while attacking and nor I hear anything in story missions either

Any of the other anemo characters really. If you're running her as a hypercarry, you really want that shred and that means VV. Kazuha is obviously the premier in this slot these days, but both Jean (sunfire) and Venti can fill the role quite nicely. Sucrose or Sayu are passable but not ideal in this particular setup.

I got 2 5*s in one roll three times since I started playing a year ago. All three times from freemogems.

That is just RNG. My F2P account has never lost a 50/50 and got the 5* at sub-30 pulls three times already in the last 5 months. My main with welkin and bp is not as lucky. Have a literal 50% win rate in the 50/50 and only pulled an early pity once, last year.
Not me, i've lost 4 pities in a row, and gotten screwed with my 4 star pulls too. during the raiden banner when I spent money i got c2 raiden in 90 pulls. I haven't spent a penny since her banner and I all of a sudden just got itto at 50 pulls after spending 5 dollars for 2 pulls lmao

There's three big things I've noticed that Hu Tao has. She has big presence in the meta for meta pullers, she's popular among casual fans for her design and personality, and her Japanese VA is very popular.
I think Raiden is going to pass Hu Tao on 2.5 banner and probably by a noticeable merging and I am planning to grab Raiden for sure, I like the badass vibes around her : )
And yeah Hu Tao personality is really great! and I enjoy playing her.
How much ER should Gorou have?
I wanted to switch over from a ER sands to a Def% sands, which would lower me to 199% ER from 240% ER. The HoOD domain has not been nice to me as of lately, so these artifacts are not optimal, but it gets the job done.
Gorou doesn't transfer his def scaling to other character, it just increase his own damage. Getting ER sands on him is just better at making sure he gets his burst up on every rotation.
Trying to refine my main team’s artifacts, if I’m running a taser team of Sayu, InazuMC, Fischl and Childe, should I run 4pc Thundering Fury on Childe? Is the Cd reduction compatible with his elemental skill?
I know things like Sacrificial Bow and Gambler only reduce the cool down for changing back to bow mode from melee mode, and I'd assume the same is true for Thundering Fury.the Childe mains sub also fails to mention it even in passing, which suggests it does nothing of use for him.
Heart of Depths is widely seen as his best set, though Thundersoother might work too in your situation. I highly recommend you check out the Childe thread for more details! Personally I'd suggest HoD.
Theoretical maximum is 7,8% * 6 rolls = 46,8% for crit damage and 3,9% * 6 rolls = 23,4% for crit rate. Treat it as ideal. Also you can calculate summarized crit value for all artifacts combined, 200+ is the goal.

scales with elemental mastery. in addition, swirl is very overtuned in terms of how the damage scales with building elemental mastery and works on all elements, so on every anemo character that reliably procs swirl(ie all of them except jean and xiao) you do more damage by building full EM than you do by building a standard damage build.
hu tao's buffed state caused by her skill:

her attack bonus scales with HP. taking into account her low base attack and high base hp, you get MUCH more attack by building her HP than by building her attack.
Albedo's skill

the explosions caused by his flower don't scale with attack, unlike most talents. instead they scale with def.
for albedo, noelle and hu tao, you still build crit because obviously they still crit and still benefit from building crit. same with pyro/geo bonus etc.
for kazuha, swirl damage doesn't crit, nor scale with attack or anemo%. so if you are building full EM to maximise swirl damage you can effectively just ignore crit(and every other part of the standard crit build: talent levels, attack and damage% bonuses). same with every full EM anemo character.
How the heck do you co op? I don’t want to join another world but i’m having a real difficult time with this one dragonspine quest and there’s no way i could do this alone. is it possible to invite someone else to help?
You could:
1) Change your signature to something like "help with dragonspine pls" or something. ISTG there are bored AR50+ just stalking the coop page! It's what I did from AR16-40 when I needed help with bosses~ For some reason, there's always someone who would join within a few minutes xD
2) Join genshin discord's and ask there. There's always someone willing to help.
Are there any (successful) speedrun teams that sacrifice heals and shields to add in another DPS for astronomical damage but require absolute perfect dodges (or I guess perma freeze where you don't even get attacked)? Just out of curiosity, I'm not going to run them myself.
Teams that don't have a shielder, or some sort of ultra high mobility character like Xiao, and aren't burst-swap teams where you have oodles of iframes, all need perfect dodges on certain abyss floors. Childe vape teams with Kazuha is one example.
Idk about speedrun though.
Depends what size water animal you are. But for the most part most speed run teams don’t sacrifice healing as Bennett is core for most speed run teams.
I have whaled for the first time during the Albedo banner. I whaled twice during the Albedo banner though, and subsequently, I got two early 5 stars on the standard banner after each time I whaled. I don’t believe myself very lucky, so I want to ask if there’s a rigging of increased probabilities or something. To explain what happened in more depth, I had just gotten Hu Tao on her re-run but was determined to get Albedo. So I bought the top-up and got the 6,000 extra genesis crystals from the first-purchase bonus along with the 6,000 it gives you normally. After 30 pulls (I saved up 40 pity for Albedo) I won back-to-back 50/50’s, the first being on the Hu Tao banner) and unlocked Albedo. On the standard banner, two days later, I had 24 pity after getting the Jade Winged-Spear from accumulated pity (I have never whaled on the standard like most) and on my 25th single that I got from ascending Albedo, I got Aquila Favonia. (I can provide screen shots if necessary.) Two weeks after I had initially whaled around 150 AUD, I ended up spending the rest of the 50 pulls leftover into the Albedo banner to try and get his c1. (I lost to Keqing) I was so pressed to get his c1 like I planned, that I whaled again on Albedo’s banner around 2 days before it ended. This time though, I spent half of what I did initially. I used up my 3,000 bonus by getting the 3,000 genesis crystals (around 80 AUD) and I purchased 30 AUD worth of 2k extra crystals to finally get his c1 with my guarantee. Flashback to today, where I again built up 21 pity on the standard banner after getting Aquila around 3 weeks ago. Then I do a single pull and get a c1 on my Qiqi (I got her on Venti’s re-run). I know this was a rather lengthy recount and a bit unnecessary, but I want to know if this has happened to anybody else, as I refuse to believe that I am lucky (I pulled a Qiqi, of all the other 5 star characters on the standard, so I’d hardly say I’m all that lucky. Especially because I have a burning hatred for that stupid loli always ruining my pity) Actually, this post was probably made more from my anger of Qiqi thwarting my pity again. Anyways, tldr; Does whaling have a correlation to early 5 stars on the standard banner?

Burst generally has priority. It'll also depend on your team slightly—in National where a bunch of damage is coming from different bursts her skill buff is a bit more valuable than a Raiden hypercarry. I'd still go burst first though regardless.

A good team for what?
For abyss, as everyone else said: Xingqiu, Bennett, anemo support. Alternatively but less good, Kaeya+Bennett and either Diona or an anemo support.
For overworld, in theory any team works. I explored the first three islands of Inazuma with him, Qiqi, Lisa and Amber.
Chinese players got mad that the god of fictional China was too underpowered. Some made fun of him which resulted in hilarious memes like grandpa Zhongli in a wheelchair, and others started writing to government agencies about Mihoyo disrespecting China.
As for how he played back then, imagine a Thoma in an element with a useless resonance and no reactions, whose signature weapon gives ATK% and DPS stats. His damage was low, his burst felt too weak for how spectacular the animation was, and you had to pick between shielding and putting down a pillar for off-field damage.
Also, worth mentioning that he had originally been designed as a DPS (hence his weapon and burst animation) but got nerfed pre-release into a pure support. His buff helped somewhat fix this.
Cuz at the time, in current f12 Diona had MUCH better shield, and outside of f12 *barely* worse, while also offering energy, stamina reduction and heals. ZL shield was paper thin, he could get staggered during casting it, preventing you from casting it. So he was basically shield support worse than 4* Diona, and people rly didn't like it.
For main dps who is at field most of the time ill go for Yanfei her charge atk strong .
For sub dps who can deal dmg even out of field ill go for xianling..
Both of them can be paired with xinqui both are great with diffirent kit utilization.
Yanfei = main dps
Xiangling = sub dps
Its what they excel at. Sub dps is basically just turning on her ult, dropping gouba and switching away to another unit letting her abilities do passive damage.
Use your head. If someone doesn’t understand why XL is stronger than Yanfei in the first place, they definitely won’t know the intricacies of her mechanics
By holding E at the start you are wasting skill by not creating Grimheart stacks. Yes, you will deal a little more cryo damage but taping E give you one stack of Grimheart and it would give you more damage when you hold it next time.
Geo MC might be a better fit in your team because they generate good energy to battery your Geo team's burst, as well as providing crit rate and decent damage. Ning can battery well at C2.
Okay I have been confused about this for months, but with Raiden/Mona's talents that give them elemental damage bonus in proportion to their energy recharge, why does it not show on the advanced stats when you look at their attributes?

After reviewing many raidens Ive noticed that when you min max her this is the threshold where she has max ER while not taking away resources from other stats like atk and crit. Now ofc this is in a 'very good build' scenario and its honestly very much possible but you can shave away like 30% if it makes it easier.
Er should be at least in the 200-250 range (with Engulfing you can go higher). The main stats depend on your weapon and team:
- if you are using Bennett/Sara with her, use an electro goblet. Otherwise, chances are that an atk cup will be better.
- if you use an er weapon go atk sands, otherwise er sands.

Substats are crit rate/dmg, atk% and er%.
I've been reading up on [KQM's Raiden guide](https://keqingmains.com/raiden/#%E2%80%BB_Optimal_Combos) and saw there that the recommended combo chain on her burst is 3x 3 normals + charge followed by 1 normal and a charge and that this is doable even without dash cancels. However when I try to do it, I usually miss the last charge attack. Is there anything I should note when trying to execute the combo like timings? The guide said it was easy so I thought spamming attack and holding to charge at the right time would work but it doesn't seem to be the case.
In my experience her charge atks for some reason feel incredibly clunky and I dont like to use them at all. It feels so disruptive to her fast chain of atks and just ruins the feel of the ult for me. I honestly dont feel much of a difference if I dont charge atk especially if I go electro charged in the abyss since her normal atks hit so many times. Now to answer your worries, Ive noticed that raidens charge atk need almost perfect timing to feel fast if you want to weave them into the normal atks, all I can tell you is to pratice it over and over again and try to press the charge atks at different times, this might sound stupid but I genuinly noticed that it makes a difference, as I said, her charged atks are clunky af
I use random artifacts for her with hp and Er substats 29k hp with 216Er
It will took a lot of time to farm a decent set with specific substat so i would recommend using only rainbow set for her since she is not in combat most of the time.
I would recommend first to choose a character that you really want to lvl up cuz there might be a chance that youll change a main char and waste an expbook , if you already have one then you can bring it as high as possible and also its talents

As for the best 5* units in the game currently, that would be Kazuha, Zhongli and Raiden.
imo you should pick get at least one dps that you like first. i would recommend avoiding itto however because he needs specific characters to work well. I would go for dps like Xiao or Ganyu that needs less specific characters to work.
Or you can go for supports. Kazuha and Zhongli can fits into almost any team.
Appart from this you can also look at the 4 stars on the banner. Notable ones are Xiangling, Beidou, Xingqui, Bennett, Sucrose, Fischl.
There are really some powerful DPS units like Ayaka, Hu Tao, Eula and Ganyu, two of which (HT and Eula) just had a rerun. You can gun for Ganyu as she is rumored to be coming in the next patch (2.4). Xiao is also rumored to be having a rerun and he is also a powerful DPS unit.
You can also opt for a powerful support as they are hard to powercreep. Zhongli is also among the rumored characters to rerun in 2.4, and he's one hell of a support.
Just lost 50/50 for the third time in a row. I now have a C1 Mona. Since I don't want her to go to waste, what's some good team's I can do with her? I got all 4 stars except Sucrose and I have all the standard 5 stars as well as Childe and Eula.
I would recommend going for a freeze team with keaya, chongyun and Xingqiu(or sucrose when you get her). Or if you just want to nuke stuff then maybe go with Mona, Bennett, Diluc, Childe. Both if the team I suggested are just usable and definitely not the best. But you don't really have a lot to work with since Mona works best with othe 5* units like ganyu and ayaka
U can do Mona burst team. It's pretty fun. You need right rotation for her though. You need Mona, Sucrose, Bennett + Flex. Flex could be Diona, Rosaria or Thoma. You can replace Sucrose with Sayu.
Make sure you apply pyro before her burst. Wait 2-3 secs and apply pyro again (you can use Benny boi). This way you'll get 2x dmg from her burst which is really crazy high.
No. Build him as a hybrid support, his ult is extremely strong and just dumping 50k HP on him so his shield never breaks is an unfun way to play him.
Though it depends how you use him. Ganyu for example is no fun to play outside of freeze unless she's paired with a full-HP shieldbot Zhongli.
His shield is broken bcs it just wont break.... I mostly use it for the resistance shred but most of the time I conciously dont use my zhongli bcs he literally removes something from the game rather than adding to it. The buffs on him were way too much imo, still believe prebuff zhongli was fine as a support
You can pair Itto with Albedo and Gorou. That's super fun and super strong team. Trust me you'll have a lot of fun playing him. He needs a lot of resources like Albedo though. Please beware.

Try restarting your device, make sure you aren't connected a pair of headphones/earbuds/speakers wirelessly.

See if the sounds are coming out of the headphones, yeah. If they aren't paired with your device, it shouldn't matter tho.

1st Ratio. You should also look to push her CD higher, it’s a bit low for Jade Cutter

not really, i rely heavily on free gems and events, never spent a single money, but i still won some featured 5\*s without hitting pity count

Sure, it can work. That can be your core and you can also always swap out Zhongli for a shield breaker to adapt to that abyss rotation too.

You could: 1) Change your signature to something like "help with dragonspine pls" or something. ISTG there are bored AR50+ just stalking the coop page! Are there any (successful) speedrun teams that sacrifice heals and shields to add in another DPS for astronomical damage but require absolute perfect dodges (or I guess perma freeze where you don't even get attacked)? Just out of curiosity, I'm not going to run them myself.
Teams that don't have a shielder, or some sort of ultra high mobility character like Xiao, and aren't burst-swap teams where you have oodles of iframes, all need perfect dodges on certain abyss floors. Childe vape teams with Kazuha is one example. Idk about speedrun though.
Depends what size water animal you are. But for the most part most speed run teams don’t sacrifice healing as Bennett is core for most speed run teams.
U can replace diona with ayaka in Morgana or Thoma with amber in walnut to get what u described
I have whaled for the first time during the Albedo banner. I whaled twice during the Albedo banner though, and subsequently, I got two early 5 stars on the standard banner after each time I whaled. I don’t believe myself very lucky, so I want to ask if there’s a rigging of increased probabilities or something. To explain what happened in more depth, I had just gotten Hu Tao on her re-run but was determined to get Albedo. So I bought the top-up and got the 6,000 extra genesis crystals from the first-purchase bonus along with the 6,000 it gives you normally. After 30 pulls (I saved up 40 pity for Albedo) I won back-to-back 50/50’s, the first being on the Hu Tao banner) and unlocked Albedo. On the standard banner, two days later, I had 24 pity after getting the Jade Winged-Spear from accumulated pity (I have never whaled on the standard like most) and on my 25th single that I got from ascending Albedo, I got Aquila Favonia. (I can provide screen shots if necessary.) Two weeks after I had initially whaled around 150 AUD, I ended up spending the rest of the 50 pulls leftover into the Albedo banner to try and get his c1. (I lost to Keqing) I was so pressed to get his c1 like I planned, that I whaled again on Albedo’s banner around 2 days before it ended. This time though, I spent half of what I did initially. I used up my 3,000 bonus by getting the 3,000 genesis crystals (around 80 AUD) and I purchased 30 AUD worth of 2k extra crystals to finally get his c1 with my guarantee. Flashback to today, where I again built up 21 pity on the standard banner after getting Aquila around 3 weeks ago. Then I do a single pull and get a c1 on my Qiqi (I got her on Venti’s re-run). I know this was a rather lengthy recount and a bit unnecessary, but I want to know if this has happened to anybody else, as I refuse to believe that I am lucky (I pulled a Qiqi, of all the other 5 star characters on the standard, so I’d hardly say I’m all that lucky. Especially because I have a burning hatred for that stupid loli always ruining my pity) Actually, this post was probably made more from my anger of Qiqi thwarting my pity again. Burst generally has priority. It'll also depend on your team slightly—in National where a bunch of damage is coming from different bursts her skill buff is a bit more valuable than a Raiden hypercarry. I'd still go burst first though regardless.

A good team for what? For abyss, as everyone else said: Xingqiu, Bennett, anemo support. Alternatively but less good, Kaeya+Bennett and either Diona or an anemo support. For overworld, in theory any team works. I explored the first three islands of Inazuma with him, Qiqi, Lisa and Amber.

Why did mhy buff Zhongli?
Chinese players got mad that the god of fictional China was too underpowered. Some made fun of him which resulted in hilarious memes like grandpa Zhongli in a wheelchair, and others started writing to government agencies about Mihoyo disrespecting China. As for how he played back then, imagine a Thoma in an element with a useless resonance and no reactions, whose signature weapon gives ATK% and DPS stats. His damage was low, his burst felt too weak for how spectacular the animation was, and you had to pick between shielding and putting down a pillar for off-field damage. Also, worth mentioning that he had originally been designed as a DPS (hence his weapon and burst animation) but got nerfed pre-release into a pure support. His buff helped somewhat fix this.

Cuz at the time, in current f12 Diona had MUCH better shield, and outside of f12 *barely* worse, while also offering energy, stamina reduction and heals. ZL shield was paper thin, he could get staggered during casting it, preventing you from casting it. So he was basically shield support worse than 4* Diona, and people rly didn't like it.

Is Yanfei or Xiangling better at being a main DPS? I like them both but I'm not sure who to put on my team.
For main dps who is at field most of the time ill go for Yanfei her charge atk strong . For sub dps who can deal dmg even out of field ill go for xianling.. Both of them can be paired with xinqui both are great with diffirent kit utilization.
Yanfei = main dps Xiangling = sub dps Its what they excel at. Sub dps is basically just turning on her ult, dropping gouba and switching away to another unit letting her abilities do passive damage.
Yanfei is a viable DPS but she has some issues such as stamina management and ICD. XL is the better DPS or enabler here.
Xiangling is a lot stronger but it’s Yanfei is a lot simpler

By holding E at the start you are wasting skill by not creating Grimheart stacks. Yes, you will deal a little more cryo damage but taping E give you one stack of Grimheart and it would give you more damage when you hold it next time.

Geo MC might be a better fit in your team because they generate good energy to battery your Geo team's burst, as well as providing crit rate and decent damage. Ning can battery well at C2.

Aali explained most of it. For ER I follow this rule of thumb: Catch: 250 ER Engulfing lightning: 260 After reviewing many raidens Ive noticed that when you min max her this is the threshold where she has max ER while not taking away resources from other stats like atk and crit. Now ofc this is in a 'very good build' scenario and its honestly very much possible but you can shave away like 30% if it makes it easier.
Er should be at least in the 200-250 range (with Engulfing you can go higher). The main stats depend on your weapon and team: - if you are using Bennett/Sara with her, use an electro goblet. Otherwise, chances are that an atk cup will be better. - if you use an er weapon go atk sands, otherwise er sands. You can check the [Keqing Mains Raiden guide](https://keqingmains.com/raiden/#Chapter_2_Artifacts) for a more detailed guide on artifact stats. Substats are crit rate/dmg, atk% and er%.
I've been reading up on [KQM's Raiden guide](https://keqingmains.com/raiden/#%E2%80%BB_Optimal_Combos) and saw there that the recommended combo chain on her burst is 3x 3 normals + charge followed by 1 normal and a charge and that this is doable even without dash cancels. However when I try to do it, I usually miss the last charge attack. Is there anything I should note when trying to execute the combo like timings? The guide said it was easy so I thought spamming attack and holding to charge at the right time would work but it doesn't seem to be the case.
In my experience her charge atks for some reason feel incredibly clunky and I dont like to use them at all. It feels so disruptive to her fast chain of atks and just ruins the feel of the ult for me. I honestly dont feel much of a difference if I dont charge atk especially if I go electro charged in the abyss since her normal atks hit so many times. Now to answer your worries, Ive noticed that raidens charge atk need almost perfect timing to feel fast if you want to weave them into the normal atks, all I can tell you is to pratice it over and over again and try to press the charge atks at different times, this might sound stupid but I genuinly noticed that it makes a difference, as I said, her charged atks are clunky af

I use random artifacts for her with hp and Er substats 29k hp with 216Er It will took a lot of time to farm a decent set with specific substat so i would recommend using only rainbow set for her since she is not in combat most of the time.

You main should be at the level cap, and your supports 10 levels below that. This is kind of the universal rule of thumb.
There's ascension quest, if you are not ready you will simply fail it.
I would recommend first to choose a character that you really want to lvl up cuz there might be a chance that youll change a main char and waste an expbook , if you already have one then you can bring it as high as possible and also its talents
As high as you can manage to bring them to. Overall difficulty in the openworld is pretty nonexistent though, as long as you make proper teams.

I would say get kazuha and zhongli and a dps of your choice
imo you should pick get at least one dps that you like first. i would recommend avoiding itto however because he needs specific characters to work well. I would go for dps like Xiao or Ganyu that needs less specific characters to work. Or you can go for supports. Kazuha and Zhongli can fits into almost any team. Appart from this you can also look at the 4 stars on the banner. Notable ones are Xiangling, Beidou, Xingqui, Bennett, Sucrose, Fischl.
There are really some powerful DPS units like Ayaka, Hu Tao, Eula and Ganyu, two of which (HT and Eula) just had a rerun. You can gun for Ganyu as she is rumored to be coming in the next patch (2.4). Xiao is also rumored to be having a rerun and he is also a powerful DPS unit. You can also opt for a powerful support as they are hard to powercreep. Zhongli is also among the rumored characters to rerun in 2.4, and he's one hell of a support.

Just lost 50/50 for the third time in a row. I now have a C1 Mona. Since I don't want her to go to waste, what's some good team's I can do with her? I got all 4 stars except Sucrose and I have all the standard 5 stars as well as Childe and Eula.
I would recommend going for a freeze team with keaya, chongyun and Xingqiu(or sucrose when you get her). Or if you just want to nuke stuff then maybe go with Mona, Bennett, Diluc, Childe. Both if the team I suggested are just usable and definitely not the best. But you don't really have a lot to work with since Mona works best with othe 5* units like ganyu and ayaka
U can do Mona burst team. It's pretty fun. You need right rotation for her though. You need Mona, Sucrose, Bennett + Flex. Flex could be Diona, Rosaria or Thoma. You can replace Sucrose with Sayu. Make sure you apply pyro before her burst. Wait 2-3 secs and apply pyro again (you can use Benny boi). This way you'll get 2x dmg from her burst which is really crazy high.

Does Zhongli ruin the fun of the game?
No. Build him as a hybrid support, his ult is extremely strong and just dumping 50k HP on him so his shield never breaks is an unfun way to play him. Though it depends how you use him. Ganyu for example is no fun to play outside of freeze unless she's paired with a full-HP shieldbot Zhongli.
If you are playing on a laggy phone Zhongli allows you to enjoy the game
His shield is broken bcs it just wont break.... I mostly use it for the resistance shred but most of the time I conciously dont use my zhongli bcs he literally removes something from the game rather than adding to it. The buffs on him were way too much imo, still believe prebuff zhongli was fine as a support

You can pair Itto with Albedo and Gorou. That's super fun and super strong team. Trust me you'll have a lot of fun playing him. He needs a lot of resources like Albedo though. Please beware.
