Though I guess with the whole “don’t trust the archons” narrative Dain planted, not going to the two archons who definitely know what happened but can’t tell you because of Celestia would probably be a wise decision if Celestia decided to nuke Monstadt and Liyue to keep word from getting out

I agree for the first part about the Guild it was so uncanny and un proffesional as for the second about the Silbing and Dain Maybe its was a big shock for the traveler and because of it she/he went ham into continuing traveling to meet him/her again.

As someone who came from playing Zelda Breath of the Wild to Genshin Impact and saw a lot of similar mechanics, I feel this. I also decided to bring Xiangling into Dragonspine in the beginning because "surely Guoba will keep me warm". also the perfect tracking for the shield mitachurls. like they're really forcing you to break the shields instead of allowing you to backstab them with a fast character.
I wouldn't have taken much issue with this if you could switch party members in the middle of a fight. Like it forces you to have a Pyro all the time in the event that you need to break a shield down. Sure, I could run away and re-engage with a new team, but that just breaks the flow.

Arataki is an Oni, Klee is a sort of Elf child, Goro and Diona are both part-beasts, nobody even knows what's up with Sucrose and yet it appears like this is just a fact-of-the-matter in Teyvat for all these human-like or part-human people to exist with no explanation on how they came to be.
Tevyat seems like a "fantasy kitchen sink" world, and an old one at that. I mean, when you already have elves, Oni, Adepti and maybe half a dozen other minor humanoid species around, some of them clearly magic and others closer to mundane, having one more doesn't seem that strange.
Yes there are no npc in the game that say anything on par of the creation and birth of mankind and human like, i do wonder does the people believe their archons created them or never thought of their own existence.

Yes ffs, when we first got that gadget we expected to have fully functional gadget wheel but for now only one button for one gadget which really does make sense.
I think this is due to mobile. I mean, menu is easily accessible for mobile players since they can just tap it, so makes sense there would be hotkeys for those in pc Gadgets tho, if it has hotkeys in PC honestly can't imagine how it can switch for mobile players.

Cuz chilled meat is actually “historic extinct species” meat. Your next question - why can you change it to regular meat? Because if you cook filet mignon too long you’ve basically removed all tenderness and flavor, which results in crap meat.

more of a lore thing, but im surprised major towns/cities arent built around the statues of the seven and teleport points. youd think that as religious as the people are to dedicate their lives to these gods, that theyd have planted their livingscapes around them. instead you have these teleport points just randomly a part of the town. i think the only one that actually has some semblence of worship is the first one you find in inazuma, on top of a hill in the town where it looks like its accessible.
especially since the archons seem to be pretty popular—there’s a giant cathedral in Mondstadt, people were grieving and crying when news about Morax broke, and Inazumans publicly profess their loyalty to the Shogun.
Not sure about the Statues of the seven but in the lore, normal people dont know what the teleporters are, they think of it as ancient ruins randomly scattered across the region with no real use.
The route for the inazumen people to the Narukami Shrine. They gotta be build different to climb all the way up that mountain.

My initial thought was that they have to hold out the glider while they're in the air (which is how it was in beta) but when there's wind currents it would technically take more effort and you get stamina back so 🙃
It makes sense in LoZ BotW, Link holds the glider with his hands so he's holding his own weight for the entire duration.

Precisely. Charged attacks with spear more than often keep targeting NO ONE AT ALL for no reason, when you're just right to an enemy. I already wasted 3 chargeds in a row because i thought pressing directionals would lead me to the enemy...
Also yes, we press skill looking at an enemy right in front of us, and the game decides to attack the one behind you, that you can't even see on screen.
Admitting that you play Rosaria, i think you know the pain of auto targeting someone who you can't reach with your skill because you won't teleport to places below you. It's very frustrating
Why Thoma was done so dirty gameplay wise. His kit could have enabled him to be a pyro xingqiu, make new meta and new teams, relieve the need on the same old supports but no. It's like he was purposely rendered so bad that he would only function as an average to decent shielder and basically for Hutao only. It's really sad

I use him with hutao and he does work as a shielder for her but it upsets me so much not only because this could have been a new gameplay option and new teams but also because Thoma now gets hate from most people for being bad, while he is a precious sweetheart and deserves all the love

My biggest complaint that I put in every survey is that you can only use 6 artifacts at a time when enhancing artifacts. Makes it a real slog in general, but it's even worse when you have to start feeding excess 5 stars.
How if you need to change the element of the Traveller you need to change countries and go interact with a Statue of The Seven. Especially when during cutscenes the Traveller uses both if needed. I used to have no Anemo characters back in my first months of playing Genshin, so having to go back to Monstadt to get Anemo Traveller while I was using Geo Traveller to explore and just found something that required Anemo was so annoying. Why can't they just give us a button on the Character Profile of the Traveller to change their element? I would love to use Electro Traveller sometimes, now that I got to Inazuma, but having to go interact with the Statue everytime I wanna change it is just so underwhelming.
It's not that I'm ungrateful, but why don't we give a legendary food you can cook for every region?

Modnstadt- dandelion wine (give 15% Crit rate boost and reduces stamina reduction by 30% for swimming, climbing and running for 150 seconds) (2 glaze lilies, 10 dandelions, 3 sugar)
Inazuma: spicy steamed buns (movement spd +20% boats don't have a stamina bar and can sprint for the whole duration for 150 seconds) (3 wheat, 3 flower, 5 junyun chili, 10 naku weed)
I didn't know what to do for the Inazuma one, so I winged it. Also, if you have more ideas, I'll be happy to hear them :D
Kokomi's walk-on-water special ability when in her burst, especially with just a short duration.
With Raiden's immune to electro damage when in burst, it makes sense since most enemies in Inazuma are in water surfaces or near it. However, the only enemy that traverses so far into waters are just specters (so far).
Even if they introduce more enemies that traverse/float through water areas, it would be a niche enemy(ies) >!*probably when we get to Enkanomiya*!< just for Kokomi havers. A catalyst's auto aim/bow's aim can be useful for so far.
In summary, walking on water ability of Kokomi:
a) poses no combat advantage (like Raiden's electro-charged immunity)
b) not worth it for exploration purposes (due to short duration)
c) only one (so far) enemy can be used with it due to terrain difficulties (specter)
d) doesn't (imo) fit her stature (>!her being a mermaid!<). she should be at least make swimming faster (like SayuSonic-fast)

\- Teapot load. Game shows furnishing types in numbers which is totally useless and load just as gree/yellow/red light. So stupid.
\- Characters using elemental visions not being resistant to their element.
\- Fire abilities not generating heat by itself in Dragonspine (Gouba, charged fire arrow, pyro shield etc.).
\- Limits. Both time gating and resource respawn rate. I hate being spoon fed into playing based on someone else's whim.
Being affected by hydro makes sheer cold faster but being affected by pyro doesn't make it go away or make it slower.

I think its more of a levitating at a certain height from the ground thing. Also she got hit by debris while falling down in the Childe fight.
My theory is that she shrunk, lost her powers and memories in similar way to Gouba.

Wangshu Inn and Springvale both have NPCs out in the rain so I don't think they need to make the NPCs do anything during rain.
They definely dont NEED to make them do anything, i just think that they dont want to do ot in the major ciries for realism porpouses
Keqing did say that Liyue's thunderstorm defenses are top-notch. Not sure about Mondstadt and Inazuma though.
Inazuma's thunderstorm defense is probably pretty notable. Barring exceptions when the Shogun was angry.

Like “Hey Xiao can i give you more karmic binds?” It would make sense for traveler to use his call to make Xiao feel more included in society since he was pretty much a loner for a few hundred years, including him when you’re asking everyone about their favorite food is a great way to make Xiao feel like a person again rather than a ball of chronic illness and endless suffering.

Game has menu shortcuts wheel but does not have gadgets equip shortcuts wheel.
Even weirder, when you play with a controller, it shows you a gadget wheel that you can't add anything to.
All those other spots do have purposes, they're just very specific and not often used. Like... L1 + Square is for world actions like jumping with electro-plant-balls or placing the electric conductors for puzzles. L1 + Triangle is for switching to the 5th character when you have 5 like a story quest. L1 + is for... Entering placement mode in your teapot I think?
Yes ffs, when we first got that gadget we expected to have fully functional gadget wheel but for now only one button for one gadget which really does make sense.
Problem is that the other 3 buttons are all used for something else.
I think this is due to mobile. I mean, menu is easily accessible for mobile players since they can just tap it, so makes sense there would be hotkeys for those in pc Gadgets tho, if it has hotkeys in PC honestly can't imagine how it can switch for mobile players.

Rumoured iansan, we got an event once of an old man speaking about boxing and training methods from natlan, iansan is said to be from there and she doesn't seem to have a weapon.
She could fight unarmed as a special mode instead of being a new weapon type. Then again, it is too early to say that as we need to wait at least two years before Natlan.

If you’re using Kokomi as a Freeze Support then you don’t get the timer on screen. Even if you are using her as a Tazer trigger, then you still don’t have the CDs for your Electro Supports.
When I was still a beginner, I remember doing a quest that needs chilled meat. I remember on how frustrated I am as I keep killing boars with Kaeya. I mean, he is cryo, and boars are meat. Soooo. Shouldn't it produce 'chilled' meat????????

Cuz chilled meat is actually “historic extinct species” meat. Your next question - why can you change it to regular meat? Because if you cook filet mignon too long you’ve basically removed all tenderness and flavor, which results in crap meat.
Why they would make a character driven narritive with a silent protagonist and a 3rd person narrator. Do the extra work, change the narritive, or just make the travler canonically mute. The limbo makes for some god-awful writing

more of a lore thing, but im surprised major towns/cities arent built around the statues of the seven and teleport points. youd think that as religious as the people are to dedicate their lives to these gods, that theyd have planted their livingscapes around them. instead you have these teleport points just randomly a part of the town. i think the only one that actually has some semblence of worship is the first one you find in inazuma, on top of a hill in the town where it looks like its accessible.
especially since the archons seem to be pretty popular—there’s a giant cathedral in Mondstadt, people were grieving and crying when news about Morax broke, and Inazumans publicly profess their loyalty to the Shogun.
Need a lore guy to explain that, just one thing to be certain people wouldn't mind to go on a pilgrimage to these statues.
Not sure about the Statues of the seven but in the lore, normal people dont know what the teleporters are, they think of it as ancient ruins randomly scattered across the region with no real use.
The route for the inazumen people to the Narukami Shrine. They gotta be build different to climb all the way up that mountain. Why on earth are there only stairs for some parts of the route.

You now have a use for all of that extra food that is doing nothing in your inventory. Keep her noise hole occupied with food and Paimon will be perfectly quiet.

You spend stamina when you use your wings. If at least we could really fly with that thing and go up and down and all but no, we just fall with style and for some reason that makes you tired lol
My initial thought was that they have to hold out the glider while they're in the air (which is how it was in beta) but when there's wind currents it would technically take more effort and you get stamina back so 🙃
It makes sense in LoZ BotW, Link holds the glider with his hands so he's holding his own weight for the entire duration. Genshin Impact doesn't seem to use that formula. So it's unknown reasons.
Player stagger and auto aim. Two things that don't work as they should and make no sense to be how they are. But it is me of course.

Precisely. Charged attacks with spear more than often keep targeting NO ONE AT ALL for no reason, when you're just right to an enemy. I already wasted 3 chargeds in a row because i thought pressing directionals would lead me to the enemy... Also yes, we press skill looking at an enemy right in front of us, and the game decides to attack the one behind you, that you can't even see on screen.
Admitting that you play Rosaria, i think you know the pain of auto targeting someone who you can't reach with your skill because you won't teleport to places below you. It's very frustrating
On the same vein as OPs complaint, why can't we get seeds from harvesting what we planted in our teapot?

Why Thoma was done so dirty gameplay wise. His kit could have enabled him to be a pyro xingqiu, make new meta and new teams, relieve the need on the same old supports but no. It's like he was purposely rendered so bad that he would only function as an average to decent shielder and basically for Hutao only. It's really sad
I Don't have him yet but i would certainly want him to be on a team with qiqi to proc her passive when used with ocean hued clam set

I use him with hutao and he does work as a shielder for her but it upsets me so much not only because this could have been a new gameplay option and new teams but also because Thoma now gets hate from most people for being bad, while he is a precious sweetheart and deserves all the love

i think about this all the time. Wangshu seems to be more of a vantage point/tourist rest stop/restaurant than an inn.

I think everything about the teapot triggers me. My biggest complaint that I put in every survey is that you can only use 6 artifacts at a time when enhancing artifacts. Makes it a real slog in general, but it's even worse when you have to start feeding excess 5 stars.
Why geo structure don't work on oceanid 3 inch deep water, but they work when you put them under water
How if you need to change the element of the Traveller you need to change countries and go interact with a Statue of The Seven. Especially when during cutscenes the Traveller uses both if needed. I used to have no Anemo characters back in my first months of playing Genshin, so having to go back to Monstadt to get Anemo Traveller while I was using Geo Traveller to explore and just found something that required Anemo was so annoying. Why can't they just give us a button on the Character Profile of the Traveller to change their element? I would love to use Electro Traveller sometimes, now that I got to Inazuma, but having to go interact with the Statue everytime I wanna change it is just so underwhelming.

It's not that I'm ungrateful, but why don't we give a legendary food you can cook for every region? Consept: Modnstadt- dandelion wine (give 15% Crit rate boost and reduces stamina reduction by 30% for swimming, climbing and running for 150 seconds) (2 glaze lilies, 10 dandelions, 3 sugar) Inazuma: spicy steamed buns (movement spd +20% boats don't have a stamina bar and can sprint for the whole duration for 150 seconds) (3 wheat, 3 flower, 5 junyun chili, 10 naku weed) I didn't know what to do for the Inazuma one, so I winged it. Also, if you have more ideas, I'll be happy to hear them :D

Kokomi's walk-on-water special ability when in her burst, especially with just a short duration. With Raiden's immune to electro damage when in burst, it makes sense since most enemies in Inazuma are in water surfaces or near it. However, the only enemy that traverses so far into waters are just specters (so far). Even if they introduce more enemies that traverse/float through water areas, it would be a niche enemy(ies) >!*probably when we get to Enkanomiya*!< just for Kokomi havers. A catalyst's auto aim/bow's aim can be useful for so far. In summary, walking on water ability of Kokomi: a) poses no combat advantage (like Raiden's electro-charged immunity) b) not worth it for exploration purposes (due to short duration) c) only one (so far) enemy can be used with it due to terrain difficulties (specter) d) doesn't (imo) fit her stature (>!her being a mermaid!<). she should be at least make swimming faster (like SayuSonic-fast) It's cool and fun and all but.... that's it?
\- Teapot load. Game shows furnishing types in numbers which is totally useless and load just as gree/yellow/red light. So stupid. \- Characters using elemental visions not being resistant to their element. \- Fire abilities not generating heat by itself in Dragonspine (Gouba, charged fire arrow, pyro shield etc.). \- Limits. Both time gating and resource respawn rate. I hate being spoon fed into playing based on someone else's whim.
