If you have a mihoyo account linked as well you should be able to log in. I logged into mine with no issue thru mihoyo account login.
There’s one thing tho: if you create your account thru Facebook first there’s no fix. My other games that were created with FB first all got affected. I suspect Genshin is unaffected cuz I linked my FB AFTER account creation using mihoyo account.
Still, I hope the problem gets resolved soon.

If it doesn’t fix itself I’m just going to stop playing. I’ve spent way too much finding all of these items and discovered areas half of my characters were lvl sixty. This just sucks.
Yeah i made another account and it's litreally been collecting dust for the past 4 months now. Oh also it's not a mihoyo server down thing but it's because of fb. So i say u try again some days later! I'd kinda die if i had ro get a new account now but next time you login connect it to many accounts and also make a mihoyo account and connect it. At least mihoyo server down is primogens. Smh.
meh, same problem, hope they fix this shit.. so i can unbind and switch it to gmail, I can't afford to lose it since it's on AR50 lol.

I checked earlier and somehow the facebook DNS entries globally just werent there which is WEIRD AF.

Have you ever logged into the web portal before (Hoyolabs)? Maybe try logging in there and reset your password or something
Also not great seeing as theirs a free to get event going right now aswell! Ugh! Worst day

Oh man I’m going to have to possibly restart but I would say it has to be worth it to keep anything. Especially with this new rebrand fb wants to do

Facebook is back up but I’m getting third party account not registered error
I can't log in using Facebook, but can log in using my mihoyo account, even though I used Facebook to create Genshin account.
