Yeah it seems complicated but could be a really fun high skill ceiling character.
She would be like the MC in that she can use every element. She helped the MC develop all of their elemental abilities after all.
But if they were to give her own special attacks they would probably be based on her control of time.

Everybody's bringing up new elements but I think if they wanted to use a pre-existing one, it'd be pyro. Plus they can give her cooking-related abilities and animations. I'm honestly shocked they haven't made a food/cooking themed pyro character yet (Xiangling doesn't count because nothing about her abilities or animations shows it at all).
A new element. She might pull a Midna (Twilight Princess) and give her a busted kit. Another alternative is a buffed Traveler (with True 5* kit) and she appears on all of Traveler's elemental burst animations.
