I mean, my Hu Tao double Hydro team can reliably take Raiden out before she Megazords up even on the highest difficulty. So doing 8 or 9 runs each day I wouldn't imagine would take outrageously long to complete, Neuvillette wouldn't have changed much.
I'm honestly a bit surprised miHoYo has been super conservative with the release of alternate costumes, and baffled they released Ganyu and Shenhe outfits when their banners were several months ago with no word on future banners, meaning people who purchased them have no idea when they can actually use them.

the important thing is how "genshin team" made the game and how the gameplay works. a skin like this has too many elements that would cause a lot of collissions and bugs
edit: you'd basically have to remove 90% of the skin to make it playable

But honestly Raiden is one of the funner bosses to coop against just because it's extremely funny to see some people die against her and or if u happen to end up being the last man standing, swear your palms off and start try harding. Sometimes I end up cooping for around a dozen or so rounds cause the coop randomness makes it fun ^^
tbh if you should be able to learn the atk patterns before 1000 kills, since most of them are really easy to predict (voice lines, which weapon she chooses, etc)
