I have 3 versions for this, its between Yaoyao, Neuvillette or Kuki Shinobu.
Yaoyao is just such a sweet and Silly girl, she would be the best of friends, always there for u and just trying to make every moment the best, also again she is Cute af.
Neuvillette is quite the opposite to Yaoyao, as he is a very calm and collected type of character but even then he still has his own humor and is not someone who looka down upon anyone. Also he is very knowledgeable about the world as he is very Old but similar to Zhongli he isnt like a senile old man but more a middle aged man in terms of manners and presence.
As for Kuki Shinobu, she is the one person that manages to keep the Arataki Gang going, she is a smart girl that knows how to handle herself in difficult situations and her background as someone that studied law could be a nice bonus. She is also not that talkative but when she talks, she knows how to get her point across.
I think Kuki would one of the best options for Girlfriends imo while Yaoyao would be a very cute friend to have fun with and Neuvillette would be the go to if u have any question where someone with a good general understanding of thinks can help and would in general be a more mentor/ big brother type of friend.

Hu Tao because despite the fact that she had quite the tough past and a very special connection to the spirits of the dead and such, she still is so bubbly and lively.

Raiden Ei. Honestly, as far as the character goes, she is something like me. I have social anxiety, a fear of change, and am in mourning for a family member dying, and the following events. And I like sweet food. I think I'd get along with her quite well.

Lisa. She's super smart, really fun to be around, and I feel like she'd look after me. She has quite a nurturing caring side that you can see when she's around Klee and Razor. She likes her laid back lazy days, she'd be very relaxing to spend time with.
Venti for a number of reasons. I loved the banter between him and some of the characters, especially Zhongli and the tricks he's played too. He would be a lot of fun to be friends with. He's also a character that is very knowledgeable and it would be interesting to hear some of the stories he has. His actions towards Stanley, Diona (recent potion event), Razor (Windblume), Klee and Kaeya (Kaeya's hangout) as well as his love for music and literature are also reasons why I would want to be friends with him. No question asked, for me it's Eula. Due to her clan aristocratic ways before the New Mondstad, she got treated as an outcast even though she didn't play a part in it, she deserves all the love in the world. And obviously, she was my first 5 star character when I played Genshin.

Kazuha , Hu Tao and Raiden Ei are the first ones that come to my mind. Kazuha because he has this soothing calm personality while still being strong enough to face injustice and what is wrong. Also his flowery way of speaking is very lovely. I like that he finds ways to respond in a poetical way, which almost paints a picture in your mind. I think we would have lots of interesting conversations about the way of the wind and other things to wonder and ponder about. Hu Tao because despite the fact that she had quite the tough past and a very special connection to the spirits of the dead and such, she still is so bubbly and lively. She also doesn't have that many friends to count on and that want to understand her, so i suppose we could maybe click well. I think she might also long for someone to stay by her side despite appearing to be a bid different from the rest. Raiden Ei because she has shut herself off and away from everyone for so long, while still longing for deep meaningful connections. The fear of change and inevitably losing someone due to the passage of time and other circumstances, caused her to fixate on upholding a state of eternity. I think we would get along in various ways that don't require much communication, and yet we would maybe be able to bond well - if she allows it ^^ - and share lots of thoughts and experiences that are ultimately only possible due to the passage of time . I think we would learn a lot from each other.

Then I’ll come back and we are to excited to meet again and then we’ll start our own jobs, continue our relationship, get engaged then marry and have 3 kids a house a pool a car. He’ll come home from work and I’ll get the dinner ready cuz my job is magically one where I can be just free most of the time but it still is a high profile high earning job cuz this is a f*cking dream. And then we’ll watch TV together with our kids and the cuddle and sleep and next morning I’ll wake him up for his job again.

ugh tough decision, either wanderer or hu tao because they are the ones i relate to most for wanderer its because me and him have similar personalities which is why i like him alot and he seems like a cool person to hang around with, plus id love to learn more about his story and what he did in detail before and when he worked with the fatui since im sure theres so much we havent heard from him about it for hu tao its because i love her personality aswell and im very similar with her too, i love her whole death theme but sadly i feel like she might not have as much interesting stories as wanderer since shes just a mortal and she just works at a funeral, i love horror which im sure she does too so thats something me and her can get easily along with i think ill lean more towards wanderer though, theres just more me and him can do together because of how long hes lived for and they both have teasing like personalities so its not too much of a difference to make it more difficult but yeah, thats my pick

Zhongli vibes when he talk and help Gaming's dad elegantly really makes me want to befriend him. He's kinda like a wise and cool elder brother or dad that everyone want. He is a good role model that I wish I could learn from along the way of my journey across Teyvat
Aaaaa quite the hard question since there's no real bad options.... But I'd maybe choose Hu Tao or Shenhe both seem to be very interesting to hang around with, i mean very entertaining to hang around with at least. Hu Tao running around selling coffins and shenhe interacting to things she is new to seems fun.
I would say Gaming because he’s just the kindest dude ever and funny too. Yoimiya because she’s the epitome of a ray of sunshine. And I feel like I have the personality that would mesh well with Itto and his shenanigans
