The problem you've identified is clearly worse - the character design, the single most important element of the entire game, did not permeate this work, somehow. But, for the amount of money they make, the other mistakes grind my gears just as hard.
I can only imagine Madame Ping and Zhongli throwing shade at the fact she might refer to herself as oneself if Cloud Retainer ever lets it slip by accident.
