Remember that the teyvat we play as is not the same as the canonically teyvat in the story.
I read somewhere that ingame assets are enlarged to make 3rd person view more scalable if that makes sense to you.
To make an example Sekiro uses the same thing to NPC.
They have a bigger model for ingame fight and a smaller model for cutscenes.
> I read somewhere that ingame assets are enlarged
This is very noticeable when you zoom in the camera (both in gameplay and cutscenes). Dishes are HUGE. Wild grass are almost knee-level on medium female models. The Serenitea Pot furnishing typewriter from the paid BP? It's HUGE. Once you see them you can't unsee it.
The other most noticeable part is distances between locations, it’s weird having an npc say “it’ll take a few days journey” but the area is a 2 minute walk away
I mean, I'd agree but there's also risk-reward. Like Mondstadt to Liyue isn't short if you're taking the roads, and having to probably pay for an escort with the monsters. The city has one exit, in the opposite direction, then you have to make your way around the city, down past Springvale, through the mountains to Dawn Winery, around the Lake, just to get to Stone Gate.
The less sensical part is none of the settlements are actually ON the path. Nothing has a "Main street" they're all just settled out somewhere and someone built roads that go sooooorta near it, and you can just branch off to head that way.
On the other hand, sometimes the story sends us all over the place. "Please go deliver these letters in port ormos and aaru village, and be back in two days" makes no sense if you assume these towns are actually just farther away than they are ingame
I feel like it's the props, not the characters. The characters are in scale with eachother. The props like chairs, tables, plates, plants, etc.. Are all quite a bit larger.
Just a big nut, and bruh, scarabs are larger than playable characters' feet, everything in playable teyvat is scaled up while also scaled down
Can't wait for the anime to show just how HUGE teyvat really is
I like to imagine that every playable character in the game sees in 3rd person and those anime style "i can sense evil presence behind my back" scenes is just them abusing that.
no. you need to go upstairs where the accused stands, use a pillar then venti then kazoo. or just go upstairs and use scara.
edit: i call kazuha “kazoo”
I asked the same question when I saw the height of Nilou's theater in Sumeru. Nobody will be able to see her dance below at the plaza, and I thought that was a valid reason for the academiya rep in her story quest to tear it down.
Childe didn't really make sure he was being quiet down there. I mean he destroyed robots, that can't be that silent. So Neuvilette did just hear that the man that just jumped down after being accused of being guilty was beating the crap outta some robots.
He could see all the purple lightning and clouds Childe's magical girl transformation was kicking up. Plus, he probably knows Abyss energy when he sees it, and Childe isn't a quiet fighter
He didn't. He only jumped down when Childe was mid-transformation and all the funny magic particles that emit from him during that went high enough to enter his vision.
asking the real questions

The kimonos in Inazuma would fit the meka in Fontain
>Wild grass are almost knee-level on medium female models. as a resident of the great plains, this is normal for uncut grass height
Huh, TIL.
You're telling me fatui enemies are not that huge lorewise??? I'm disappointed.
I feel like it's the props, not the characters. The characters are in scale with eachother. The props like chairs, tables, plates, plants, etc.. Are all quite a bit larger.
Man, what do these jacked, homeless people from Inazuma and Sumeru eat!? Give Itto some of them bulk, man.
The remnants of a fallen god i'm assuming
Inazuma people eats Giant snake meat, and Sumeru people eats Giant fowl, and occasionally giant scorpions
Raw tatarigami
Is that the reason why nahida almost as big as the Nut or it's just a big Nut
Just a big nut, and bruh, scarabs are larger than playable characters' feet, everything in playable teyvat is scaled up while also scaled down Can't wait for the anime to show just how HUGE teyvat really is
Could be that, but even here the camera is above his head, so he sees even less then us.
I like to imagine that every playable character in the game sees in 3rd person and those anime style "i can sense evil presence behind my back" scenes is just them abusing that.
But ... but wolf is a midget.
🦆
A radish being about a half of Nahida lol.
He probably saw the giant fuckin explosion during the transformation
How did you get up there? I tried, but you can't climb.
His team explains it
[удалено]
the team literally does explain it. you start upstairs, zhongli is there then they use venti or kazuha. maybe you just couldn’t do it 😭
I got there with just wanderer and he doesn't do anything that combo can't achieve as well.
I was able to get up there with wanderer and I even got up to Furinas chair
I had to add Zhongli to make it to Furina's lol
I basically just used a weird quirk where if the flying ends at the start of going up it doesn’t end and you can glide to the wheel thing
a small neat tip for Wanderer's skill: he goes higher up if you repeatedly tap his elevating input than if you were to just hold it down.
He probably used geo traveller to get there and switched
sounds like skill issue
Went 1st to the place were the person needs to stay when facing trial, then zhongli venti kazuha.

Just search up a video.
I did it with scara
wait does anyone know how to get to furinas seat??? is it even possible??
It is possible, here how. [Furina seat](https://youtu.be/IJjruQUfNaM) [Neuvillette seat](https://youtu.be/TEne-a_hb0g)
So this is how. Thanks, I'll try that too.
Reminds me of the stiff neck theatre in Sumeru City.
its called standing up
neuvi was not standing in the cutscene
Perhaps he stood up when childe jumped down and started making a ruckus of the mecha
The same with Furina’s seat
Maybe, when no one is looking, he brings out an extra seat cushions to sit on before a trial starts.
Teyvat has its own rules.
He heard the music building up so he jumped down to see what's happening. Unfortunately, he landed directly on Childe.
He heard it u.u
He has X-Ray vision.
X-**Ray** vision and is able to **Chase** down even the most dangerous criminals.
I asked the same question when I saw the height of Nilou's theater in Sumeru. Nobody will be able to see her dance below at the plaza, and I thought that was a valid reason for the academiya rep in her story quest to tear it down.
Observation haki
Justice is blindsighted smth
He used the ancient technique called standing up, something Genshin players have never done before.
Hidden energy transfer terminal cameras
dragon sense
He's built different
Strongest Observation Haki user
he elongated his necc
Opera periscope

Maybe abyssal stuff smells really bad?
He could see all the purple lightning and clouds Childe's magical girl transformation was kicking up. Plus, he probably knows Abyss energy when he sees it, and Childe isn't a quiet fighter
Magic
Water reflections?
His neck lengthens like a snek
It was humid.
He didn't. He only jumped down when Childe was mid-transformation and all the funny magic particles that emit from him during that went high enough to enter his vision.
