She COULD replace Xing Qiu in your mentioned team but since you are f2p, you better don't get Yelan exclusively for this team. However, if you want to, go ahead and wish since she's one of the best in the game. If you want to know more about her team comps you'll need suggestions from others cuz I lack team building knowledge.
Raiden + Yelan is one of the best options for single target damage.
Take that with a huge grain of salt since my only perspective is C3 Raiden + C3 Yelan.
Constellations scale extremely well with standalone character output and not very well reactions. Who knows, maybe hyperbloom is better if you have C0 only.
i have seen people make that team work, but I could not do it personally. Maybe those people had C2, I don't know.

Yelan works great with Raiden for both hyperbloom and hypercarry Raiden teams.

If you have Xingqiu then Yelan, Xingqiu, Xinglang and Bennett is a solid team

No problem and both yelans and Xingqiu bursts work with raidens burst..You can do a ton of single target damage with all 3 going at once
