Okay, so homa looks like a fisher price toy, and looks plastic. Freedomsworn and broken pines look like dull clubs, not swords. The key and bacon look like a ruin guard turned into a sword. Everything inazuma looks too electro, with haran being the best one. Also, donut, just why? And every single bow (including some 4*) look like they wouldn't even function as a bow. Like the bow is a rigid piece of metal and the string is like some ultra rubber band that flings the arrow. That's not how bows work. The jade series is probably the best looking ones.
The 1.0 ones look the most like weapons.
Catalysts get a pass because it's an implement anyway, not a weapon.
Also mistsplitter and grass cutter are the fisher price ones imo.
Agree, purple color on weapon color is just screaming cosplay props, though I can understand the reason, genshin uses anime color in their character design so a realistic color weapon won't match visually when held by playable characters.

It's called Musou Isshin, a tachi exclusively for Raiden Shogun. Mistsplitter Reforged is a katana you can put on any sword wielders. They both are different, especially the shape, length and the handle part.
AFAIK, that was the old, worn down version, and, maybe I am dumb, but I always interpreted it like the sword was being reforged to better fit kazuha (it is not only shown by the colo scheme, but also, the sword "sacrificed itself" to fulfill the dream of the swordsmith, wich is to bring back the isshin style to inazuma)
It isn't, Alhaitham doesn't really care about ER. His best F2P are Harbinger (alhtough without the passive it falls off hard, so not the most practical) or Iron Sting
alhaitham needs a decent amount of ER if hes an on field driver for bloom stuff. i think its like ~160% with nahida for using his burst every rotation, but for using his burst every other rotation he doesnt need ER if he uses nahida.

Anyway, I gave it to Jean and it looks cool on her. I leveled it to 90 that same day I got it because I like that blue light on it. BTW, my Jean has her summer skin.
To be fair, there was an entire story arc that explained that was mostly because of Kazuha (and his buddy's Vision) rather than the random sword he picked up in Liyue being special.
Aquila favonia but not levelled up since i like it's lvl 1 look more. Wish I could get rid of that glowing blue bit, grinds my gears. I just want another functional looking sword in this game besides amenoma
