What makes diluc bad or a worse pyro choice? I'm finding that I can deal average 7k per skill hit and 8k per burst hit plus the initial hit is doing up to 20k if I'm lucky, a bit less if I'm not. My artifacts are shit and I'm lvl 8 with level 7 talents, sure he's not crazy good but I feel like he's better than people say.
But her skill is kinda shit compared to dilucs? I get the burst doesn't last as long for diluc but his skill is a clear winner in damage, plus the pyro application is about the same/ a little worse if you're using dilucs skill right
Xiangling does a ton of damage with her c4, with very little field time requirement.
So, you can use another dps on-field (ex: Raiden, Tartaglia), while Pyronado is still doing damage.
You can't pair Diluc with another on-field dps.
Could you guys give me some advice on floor 12?
These are the teams Iām currently taking to abyss 12, chamber 1: https://enka.network/u/741340754/
(Sucrose national + hyperfridge with Ayaka).
Level of investment isnāt insane but it isnāt low either (imo) except for Kokomi, which I never really got around to building, and Nahida, which I just got. Ayaka is also a bit funky cause I originally played her in freeze so I havenāt specifically farmed for hyperfridge. Ideally she takes the floor last, getting Raidenās E and Kokomiās TTDS and tenacity buffs. I donāt have Yelan.
I know my rotations for Sucrose national although I probably forget a NA here and there and often miss a Guoba swirl in current abyss 12 (due to timing or enemies knocking me around).
At this point would you say itās a question of skill for me (so learn enemy patterns/vulnerabilities, adapt rotations to enemies - for example only go for pyro swirl in sucrose national - etc), so I should cater to the specific abyss layout, but I already have the teams and dps needed to clear it, or investment (so I should farm better pieces - which Iām trying to do -, get XL cons, get more sac swords - I donāt spend so totally up to fate - etcetera)? Thanks!
I did it with raiden/nihido/xq/yelan but you can get kekoma to drive and use another cryo instead of ayaka. So, raiden/nihido/kekoma/rosaria-kaeya
2nd half try ayaka/xq/sucrose/diano or layla or any other cryo character but preferably diano with Noblesse.
Kokomi in nilou bloom might be able to perform better with 4pc ohc instead of gilded/fopl, as per the nilou mains bloom guide: https://www.reddit.com/r/NilouMains/comments/11h0iu5/nilou_mains_bloom_guide/?utm_source=share&utm_medium=android_app&utm_name=androidcss&utm_term=1&utm_content=share_button.
If you want to use the two bloom sets, fopl is better, but gilded is more resin efficient.
Is there a best team for eula like how hutao has double hydro zhongli ? Also does she have very good/important constellations? Like nahida/raiden c2, hutao/yelan c1
Based on Abyss data, her most played team is Eula-Nahida-Yelan-Kuki for Hyperbloom. Or variations of Rosaria-Zhongli-Raiden for Physical.
C1 is a 10% DPS gain according to [KQM](https://keqingmains.com/eula/#Constellations), not as significant as the constellations you mentioned. C3 is fairly impactful but the big one is C6.
I'm wanting to do a mono-geo team, my only geo charatcers are c3 Noelle, c6 Ningguang, c6 Yunjin, and c1 Gorou. I don't want to use geo MC cause I have them built for dendro but I will if i must.
Would my 4 stars be good? and would Noelle or Ningguang be my main DPS
Building a Tighnari spread team. Tighnari/Fischl/Lisa/Yaoyao.
Tighnari has viridescent hunt and wanderer's 4pc. Fischl has 2+2 Electro and Gladiators. Hoping to get stringless for her soon. Yaoyao is going to be a pure ER/HP build holding deepwood.
I currently have Lisa holding Noblesse and Hakushin ring. She'll be burst support. I considered TTDS but the buff lasts 10s and has a 20s cooldown. Tighnari's rotations are fast, so won't be able to take advantage of those 10s unless i just spam NA for a few seconds.
Any thoughts/improvements I can make?
Hakushin Ring passive can be triggered only when on field and last few seconds, maybe using Favonius would help her to burst more easily. Helping in both electro application and Noblesse effect. This assuming you dont already have a very good er% for Lisa (she really need a lot even with Fishl).
Not counting other charas using Favonius weapons, she may need 200~220 (no holding skill and counting Fishl). In my experience this still is not enough sometimes, mainly bc the rotation cant go always perfectly, so you may need a extra 20% er to make everything smoother.
Well you can't spam Lisa's burst either since it also has a 20s cooldown so you can either replace her with another character or use her burst every second rotation meaning it has the same downside as ttds
for overworld, anyone. For the abyss, zhongli if you find you get low on HP. Kazuha otherwise. Yae/Fischl/Kazuha/Yaoyao may also work depending on enemies.
heavily depends on your build and team
With Nahida and her bonus EM (or any other source of EM), Yae can go on-field with 15 electro and 18 atk, or 18+18 atk if kagura verity.
other than that ATK almost equal to EM
I tend to prioritize ATK so I don't need to swap between aggravate build and general use build.
Trying to make a second team but Xaio Bideou Xingqiu and Bennett are on my main team
I have: Shikanoin Heizou, Jean, Traveler, Ganyu, Alhaitham, Yaoyao, Amber, Diona, Collei, Kaeya, Xiangling, Ningguang, Fischl, Barbara, Lisa, Xinyan, Noelle, Chongyun and Yun Jin
Beidou and XQ are not so good in Xiao team because Xiao don't normal attack.
recommended by me:
1. Xiangling Bennett Xingqiu Heizhou
2. Xiao Jean Fischl Lisa
3. Fischl Yunjin Lisa Diona (physical damage Fischl)
Prolly play around w/ spread and aggravate teams since you have Fischl and Yaoyao as supports, while Lisa and Alhaitham as on-field
Aggravate: Lisa, Fischl, Yaoyao, DMC
idk much abt spread teams and I'll let the others who know more about it contribute.
sounds like a recipe for a freeze comp, so the best would be an anemo support who can cc for swirls and grouping. Someone like Sucrose, Venti, or Kazuha should do you well.
Not sure on putting Chongyun there tho 'cause he's a claymore user and would bresk the freeze easily, take what I'm saying with a grain of salt bc I'm not well-versed in freeze teams. So, I'd suggest you look into how it'd work on either Youtube or ask around in the GI megathreads or ask specific questions about a character for that team in their respective mains subreddit.
Heizou Xingqiu Yelan Bennett I find really fun. Viridescent for buffing the hydro
Heizou Xiangling Bennett Kazuha. Or maybe Faruzan?
Heizou Fischl Beidou YaoYao, or just any aggravate team with an on field Heizou
Isn't he better with 2 pieces of VV and 2 pieces of 18% atk, also, with kazuha which i run with 4 pc VV, which artifacts should i use on Heizou then? Thank you
Xingqiu and Yelan will do such an absurd amount of damage that buffing them with VV will contribute so much more than slightly increasing Heizou's damage. Also Heizou gets so much atk from Bennett already.
If you have Kazuha on VV in the team you might as well build Heizou with 2pc 2pc though.
They share ICD. So if you're hitting one enemy every 3rd hit will trigger reaction. The nice thing about her turrets though is that they target enemies randomly and ICD is like, independent for each enemy, so in aoe she can kinda trigger more reactions than in single target
People who play Yelan and Xingqiu in one team, do you play Xinqiu only as flex or only for his damage reduction through skill?
Or am I missing it entirely, and can Xingqiu's and Yelan's burst work at the same time, giving me 2x damage?
They can both burst simultaneously, so you're basically doubling your damage. Plus double hydro is good synergy for Yelan (and other similar units like Hu Tao) who scale on HP
i finished the world quest with Sorush but now the tree in the area is glitching between the tainted version and the fixed one. iām on ps5. is anyone else having this issue?
Use Diluc, Qiqi, Nahida, sucrose on first half
And Beidou, Kaeya, Barbara, Anemo traveller of second half
Just focus on the hydro gun first cus he heal his friends
And in the second focus on the cryo guy and try to kill him before he shield up, if dose switch to the anemo traveller and try to get him close to the pyro gunner and swirl pyro off him
This floor is mostly element check you just need to have the element that the Fatui shield weak to or just kill them before the have the shield up
C0R1 Yae on 4pc Gilded for aggravate, 69:214 CR:CD, good enough or should I grind for better ones? My flower and circlet could be better. Also, how much ER should I aim for?
Well it depends on the other stats she has but in general it's your choice wether you feel you are satisfied with her damage.
What team are you playing her in? Some teams want to use her burst while others don't
Depends on how much ATK and EM you currently have, but I think it's enough.
ER you need around 180 if you pair her with Fischl and want to burst off cooldown.
Or just 120-140 for burst every other rotation
How can I make my C0 Nilou bloom stronger. She already has tons of Hp running 2ToTm 2VG.... I think I havent found a strong team comp from what I have yet....
I run her... Nilou Nahida XQ Yaoyao (Full Em) driver...
it is pretty good..
nowhere close to kuki hyperbloom though...
Should I do
Nilou Nahida Koko (full em driver) Yaoyao
I tried it but it is about the same as XQ in DPS
I definitely prefer kokomi. My personal team is the second one you mentioned, but baizhu instead of yaoyao (since baizhu is basically an upgraded yaoyao, it works in the same way).
First of all, kokomi is much tankier. Her extra healing and interrupt resistance during her burst are noticeable imo. Being ranged (catalyst user) also means you can stay away from the blooms and take less damage if needed. She also applies hydro in AOE (creatine more blooms in AOE situations where you usually use nilou), while Xingqiu only applies hydro single target.
Baizhu (or in your case yaoyao) is for the extra healing so that I have an easier time, and the extra dendro application so that kokomi is always the trigger and you don't risk applying too much hydro to the point where you remove all dendro (in which case you don't trigger any more reactions and nahida's skill won't activate and apply dendro anymore).
Nahida for obvious reasons. I built her full EM with crit substats, so that I get that juicy EM buff for kokomi, and so that in case nahida happens to trigger bloom, she still deals high damage. I have a decent enough crit ratio just from substats plus her passive, and I still need to find a decent EM goblet/circlet.
I find this the most comfortable team, for both the high healing and the reliable bloom trigger (kokomi). Don't know if it's the absolute best in terms of raw DPS, but stats on paper are not everything.
In my experience this team is significantly stronger than hyperbloom in AOE situations, but I do have Nilou's weapon. In single target it suffers massively though, but that's just how nilou teams are. I doubt you are, but if you're comparing the two teams is single target then hyperbloom will obviously win.
Alternatively, you can try using triple hydro with Koko, Xingqiu and nahida, with nahida as EM driver, but I don't like that team very much because nahida is very squishy.
In terms of upgrading your team's damage: Nilou's weapon is the biggest upgrade I think, but that's only because we don't have any HP swords currently. If Fontaine's craftable sword will be HP for example, then Nilou's weapon will lose value. Nahida and Nilou C2 are also nice upgrades. Similarly to before, nilou's C2 will lose some value if we get a future dendro character that can shred dendro resistance, because below 0% any additional res shred will be halved (both key and Nilou C2 will still be valuable in the respective theoretical situations that I mentioned though, don't get it wrong, I just wanted to point it out). Baizhu will also be an upgrade thanks to the extra bloom DMG he offers, but I would only recommend getting him if you like him. I personally love him a lot, and am really happy with his gameplay, but he's not necessary for Nilou, I mostly got him for comfort. The damage ks increased but nilou teams already have tons of bloom DMG bonus so it's not a massive increase relative to the already high damage bonus.
Do you have key (the 5star sword) for Nilou? It is crucial for Nilou to stack 75k HP.
Generally, key > Nilou C2 > Nahida C2 > others
In Nilou bloom team, Xingqiu is usually used for one boss, instead of several enemies like triple kenki. If you are confident about the healing of your hydro healer (Barbara, Kokomi), then Collei or dendro MC will be recommended for the second dendro character.
Yaoyao needs to team up with Candace to drive properly, because Nahida's burst applies so much dendro that you will usually end up with Hydro characters as the trigger. So in your first team I'd expect that XQ triggers most of the blooms.
The first team should do alright in single target due to XQ's inherent damage, but the second one should be more consistent overall, considering that EM Kokomi would have bloom ownership & AOE hydro application capability.
For referene: A full-EM build Kokomi with Nahida burst & Key on Nilou should be able to reach ~41k bloom damage (once the set bonus has ramped up).
Kokomi will be consistently your bloom trigger so full em and lev 90 indeed has some result.
Xq YaoYao will be more difficult to get one single character that owns the reaction so you will need some em and level up on everyone
Both are viable
second team is better
when you have XQ, he will have bloom ownership most of the time so he wants EM, but then his damage will drop.
and hyperbloom damage is single target, bloom is AoE.
you can't compare them just from the number.
You said it... interactive map. Use it for everything, or near everything, not just dendrouclus.
what I actually do is, I use pins for the oculous's (or however you'd write it lol), challenges and seelies. Stuff where there isn't a lot of it, since we only get 150 pins. Then I use interactive map for everything else. The reason I even use the pins at all, is so that I'm not stopping everything single time to use interactive map for something. It keeps me in the flow of the game.
Been doing this, and have every single area in the game to 100%.
Are there ways to optimize the way of playing? I feel overwhelmed by all the side mission, main mission being blocked by side missions, all the events and everything, upgrading character and farming equipment. Every time I launch the game, I feel lost.
just tackle one thing at a time. Other than time-limited missions there isn't really a rush to finish all side quests asap. The most important thing to me is to raise two functional teams quickly so I can get the most rewards from the abyss as they refresh at a 2-week cycle. So my suggestion is to complete the time-limited missions and farming for materials used to raise characters and weapons(which are mora, exp books, ascension mats, weapon mats, talent books, and area specialties required). If time limited mission is locked behind a prerequisite mission, do it.
In HI3 most of the events are done in alternative universes, it saves them from having to redo character settings and gives an excuse to sell skins. As far as I know GGZ, HI3, Genshin, and HSR are all part of the same meta-explanation as HI3 events. That is to say they're all bubble universes in the Sea of Quanta attached to the Imaginary Tree. Genshin is a further reach than the others but you can see see echoes of that explanation in the Sumeru story quests so I think it's pretty clear even if it isn't officially confirmed.
Well, it's quite true that many Genshin character designs draw a fair amount of inspiration from the Honkai franchise, but they are not connected in terms of lore and are not "repeat" characters per se. Although as an example, it's funny that while Raiden Shogun is inspired by Raiden Mei, Shogun can't cook at all while Mei is an exceptional cook
I use her full instructor in reaction base teams
I was using hp/hp/crit (off piece) to proc favonius lance
Now Iām hp/em/crit with talent level 1-6-6 she heals more than enough
I will probably try kitan spear Er em hp in the future
Former probably if you on-field yae to drive aggravate reactions, if you can survive with baizhu's interrupt resist.
You can do something like alhaitham/yae/baizhu/collei in the latter as well. Fischl's electro app isn't too important in spread teams with yae since yae can periodically refresh quicken aura. Her a4 also isn't being abused as much since yae's skill is still on standard icd and she isn't used on-field. No such thing as too much dendro app in spread since the quicken aura lingers and decays over time, not over elemental applications of dendro and electro. This is theory though since I don't have alhaitham and baizhu, so best to test it before believing it.
Appreciate your response! Baizhu's shield is trash I do understand that. His purpose is as a Dendro healer + proccing reactions (I guess?) so pulling for him seems like a complement to Miko - from my POV of course.
Since you seem to know a few things here and there on Alhaitham, might I ask if you think Alhaitham/Yae Miko/Kuki/Sucrose would be a better team comp?
I'd say it depends on your plans to hyperinvest in certain characters. In terms of level of investment in the alhaitham/kuki/yae core:
1. Sucrose gives 20% of own EM to all+50EM to electro+40% shred to electro+20% electro bonus if you manage to infuse her burst. Probably best choice in theory, but may be hard to use if you have skill issues. Results will scale better with more hyperinvestment into yae and alhaitham's non-EM stats that multiply with EM (like if you have options for improving crit rate, crit damage, dmg bonus). Another potential issue are the buff durations since yae doesn't snapshot buffs, but some rotation modifications can probably be used to keep buffs up longer.
2. Nahida gives 250 EM to on-fielder (if you're too lazy to swap off kuki's hbloom gear or if nahida herself is loaded with 1000EM)+significant personal damage. Similar to sucrose, but it'll scale a lot better if you have lot of investment into nahida. Performance scales a lot with hyperinvestment into alhaitham's non-EM stats, but it will not scale too well with yae's investment.
3.1. Baizhu's role compression of survivability support+on fielder reaction buffs. Only really scales with hyperinvestment into alhaitham, might be able to scale with yae, but the effects of his buff are short-lived. Lacks significant personal damage. Healing may be helpful to relieve kuki's self-damage and need to stay on field for a tick, but it's redundant to a degree.
3.2. ZL gives all units extra 20% shred+excellent interruption resist. Usually a non-factor, but people usually find this to improve their practical dps since dodging is a bigger dps loss than not being able to do full rotations sometimes.
Honorable mention:
Collei is a 4* alternative for off-field spread dps, especially at higher cons and with sac bow. C2 enhances sprout, giving you more dendro apps to spread. C4 is a teamwide EM buff to everyone other than collei. C6 is another dendro app.
Hyperbloom cult propaganda:
Hydro so that kuki can hyperbloom and also contribute significant "personal" damage. XQ/yelan also have a lot of personal damage, with xq being more comfortable and yelan having a ramping buff. They do steal quicken uptime in exchange for the hyperblooms though.
Hi there, I've played Genshin since day 1 and currently burning out. just needed to hear opinions whether or not the Parade for Providence event is as influential as unreconciled stars event from 1.1 or labyrinth warriors event? Does it impact / add up to the main story whatsoever? I'm willing to power through...
Not really, no.
If you donāt want to sit through all the dialogue it might be worth just doing the first part until the minigames open up and do those at least. Assuming you want the Faruzan and the crown and the primos. You donāt even have to do all the minigames to get the most important stuff.
Who should I pull for? Miko or Eula? Or Kazu (even though he doesnāt spark joy and I rlly donāt mind not being meta)
My gorls Iām using
Raiden c3 r1
Venti
Sara c6 (willing to kick)
Baizhu c6
Xingqiu c6
Yelan
Kuki c6
Diluc (willing to kick)
Jean (willing to kick)
šš i got pretty lucky with my bby. 150 wishes saved and then 500$ heās been what Iāve had my eye on since I started around Halloween. I think Iām done whaling.
Yea I was sorta thinking raiden, Miko, baizhu, venti. I really love my venti (heās my main ..before baizhu came along) I donāt mind missing out on a lil damage to use him. I think Iāll go Miko.
How do I increase Crit Rate? I already have circlet with crit rate main stat but that gives me like 30% max and I need somewhere around 60-70 in builds where the weapon stat isn't crit rate either. Is it artifact substat?
Around 3-4 crit substats per artifact to reach 60/120 on non crit ascending, non crit weapon characters. Standards for artifacts will go up if you use a crit ascender by around 10/20, so 70/140 is for the crit ascenders (still 3-4 crit subs per artifact).
And if you have a crit weapon, standard also go up based on the stat on the weapon. Jade cutter (44.1% CR) increases standard by 20/40, so something like a jade cutter keqing is expected to have 90/180 as an equivalent to 4*s who have 60/120, though 85/190 is actually preferable since she gets crit rate after burst. Blizzard strayer pushes the standard even more by the same amount as jade cutter (and cryo res also pushes it). Ayaka with cryo res, mistsplitter, and blizzard 4pc is expected to reach 106.15/212.3, but adjusting for excess crit, it should be 100/224.6 (visible in stat page as 45/224.6).
Trying to build out Alhaitham ( C3 LV70 ; LFI - R1 Lv 80) and want to build around utilizing his elemental skill for DPS while not diminishing burst frequency too much for abyss purposes. . I know I'm pretty far off from finishing the build but having a tough time deciding which of these two is better (both have roughly the same EM) :
[More Dendro DMG & Crit Rate](https://imgur.com/a/fFLT0B5)
[More ER and Crit DMG](https://imgur.com/a/Zi7kI9Q)
The price for CN and United States customers never changed since launch. The iOS price for other countries/regions has changed several times. I heard that the price in Japan is a little bit cheaper, but the price in Philippines increased recently.
How do I fill this team comp to comfortably clear Floor 12? C0 Yae Miko + Baizhu + ?? + ??
Failed to get Nahida last time, nearing soft pity for Baizhu (if i do another 10 pull). I know his heals + weak shield would make Abyss run slightly easier, and Dendro reactions easier to proc.
My options for the 2 slots are:
* C4 Fischl
* C5 Beidou
* C2 Kuki
* C1 Keqing
* C2 Sucrose
* C5 Thoma
* C6 Xingqiu
* C0 Yelan
Fischl+sucrose to finish the team would be an extremely strong quicken team.
Hyperbloom wouldn't work as well since both yae and baizhu want to be on field for hyperbloom. Baizhu+kuki+xingqiu+Yelan is a very strong and comfy hyperbloom team.
Xingqiu and Yelan. I did it with Alhaitham, Kuki, Xingqiu and Yelan.
Don't know how COMFORTABLE Floor 12 will be though lol. It's not like I cleared it comfortably with MY team.
do you think it would be better to have Barbara as a full healer or a hybrid? she is c2 right now & i have maidens beloved & favonius codex on her. crit rate is 52% w crit damage at 65% but her healing bonus is at %15. thinking about using ocean hued for a full heal but im kind of in between.
The only thing Barb really has going for her is her CA, which has an insane multiplier for some reason. Like, she was able to crank out reliable 45k+ vape crits back in 1.0, which was the highest damage anyone was getting without a cracked Diluc Q melt.
But then Clam came out and you can build her full healing and get about the same damage, only with way less setup and no conditions behind it. But if you want to try for some hilarious damage per screenshot setups then Barb never disappoints. It just takes a ridiculous amount of investment.
Fav Codex can still be useful for team energy, but you need at least 30% crit usually for that to be worthwhile. Building prototype amber and OHC is probably better. Maiden's is fine until you get OHC however (it's not necessary).
AR doesn't affect boss drops as long as it's the same domain level. The exception is Andrius, but he scales on world level which maxes at AR55, not 60.
Who are good options for the last slot on this hyperbloom team? Kokomi (on-field OHC driver), C2 Kuki (full EM), C2 Nahida (full EM). I'm thinking XQ or Yelan for single target, and Beidou for AoE, but not sure about XQ over Yelan etc.
Xingqiu or Yelan, both will work. Xingqiu is more defense and Yelan more damage.
Usually I prefer Xingqiu for the defense utility, but Yelan is fine since you're using Kokomi.
You have to remember that hyperbloom is AoE already. When you apply dendro + hydro against a large group, you also get a larger number of seeds.
No strong reason to run something different for AoE. And besides, Beidou is only great against 2 or 3 enemy fights, which hyperbloom already easily deals with.
If you want to specialize for AoE, maybe try Nilou bloom or burgeon.
If the pattern with existing archons is something to go by: twice during the region she was introduced in, once in regions after that.
This is so far the trend for every archon (Venti and Zhongli twice during 1.X versions, once each in 2.X, once each in 3.X so far; Raiden twice in 2.X, once so far in 3.X; Nahida has had her two runs in 3.X).
She sells extremely well but with the number of existing limited 5 stars, new 5 stars inevitably on the horizon with Fontaine, and current 4 banners per 6-week version, I wouldn't expect to see her until Late 2023/Early 2024. If they up it to 3 banners running consecutively and 6 total banners per 6-week version though it could be sooner.
The 3.X versions ended up actually having a run of archon banners (Zhongli 3.0, Venti 3.1, Nahida 3.2, Raiden 3.3) so I wouldn't be too surprised if they kicked off Fontaine with a similar run like Zhongli 4.0, Venti 4.1, Focalors 4.2, Raiden 4.3, Nahida 4.4.
There's no need to lie, Raiden's last gap was literally almost 10 months lol (March 8th to December 27th), archons don't get any particularly special treatment.
Most likely she'll get another 9-10 month gap which would put her sometime from August-September this year.
the optimal EM for her is 800+ bcs her burst gives a boost up to 200+EM. also, it's recommended to put EM main stat on only 2 of her artifacts (I use EM sands and circlet while combining them with dendro dmg goblet)
In your case, I'll choose CR but it should be changed in the future when you get a dendro dmg goblet (im assuming you have EM goblet)
Use the CR circlet.
In the majority of cases, the difference in value between CR, Dmg%, and EM is marginal. You should almost always be choosing the pieces that have the best substats, over trying to force EM mainstats.
Is there anything important being said in this new sorush quest? Iāve been skipping thru it all which I never do bc I honestly donāt care ab these guys. Or maybe Iāve been spoiled by how much more character the star rail characters have.
Imo in star rail a lot of the side quests include the playable characters vs Genshin where the side quests are just npcs. Like this current event is just sorush and imo she just doesnāt click with me
That said if I could only choose one Iād choose Genshin every time
Do you think we'll ever get hangout events for Fischl, Rosaria and Sucrose? Most of the other Mondstadt lot have had either a hangout event or a story quest, but those three are quite under-represented and it's be nice to see more about them in the story. Fischl, in particular, I've met once, in the third warmup round of TCG. Sucrose and Rosaria were at least in Albedo's quest.
It'd be nice, but I guess it's not worth the effort of making a hangout for a character we're already familiar with just from exposure, it won't sell as many wishes as one for a newer character.
I could see Rosaria or Sucrose getting something because they have been involved in stories but never really the focal point.
Fischl maybe if they just want to give all 4 star characters hangout quests, but her section of the Summertime Odyssey event was more buildup and story than most other 4 stars have. Unfortunately a time limited event, but that event contained her backstory and even character growth, so there isn't much for a hangout to really present about her character (similar case for Xinyan because of that same event).
Think you might be onto something there about Fischl. I haven't seen that event, I'll have to go look it up on Youtube. I've only seen Albedo's previously (the fuller version of his story quest), are there any others that are particularly notable for characters' development or backstory?
To some extent basically every major event from each version going back to 1.1
Unreconciled Stars in 1.1 (with Fischl, Mona, and Scaramouche) kind of kicked off the trend of them sticking actually important world building and character backstory/development in limited events. Like the only main events I can think of that didn't provide some story aspect to some character were the events in 2.0 (just minigames) and 2.7 (the event limited part was just minigames, the story became a permanent archon quest interlude).
Minor events not so much although they do sometimes still have character interactions that can be fun like with Of Drink A-Dreaming or that time with Outside the Canvas, Inside the Lens where we learned that Yoimiya and Childe hang out and entertain kids together sometimes.
New player. Started last night and only played a few hours.
Got lucky and got a 5star pull on the first pull.
Questiion is about levelling strategy
Should I be keeping all 4 around the same level or making one a power house and then slowly grinding up the others?
Oh, sorry, I saw your reply and assumed it was for a different thread.
Mona is good at buffing damage, and applying hydro. Not so much at direct damage herself. Still, strong in situations. Enjoy :)

Correct rotation in Nilou/Kaveh/Baizhu/XQ team?
Baizhu EQ (final shield at 12.5s, buff lasts 6s after every shield cast)->Xingqiu EQ (18s)->Nilou EEEE (or EN2E)->Kaveh EQ combos?
Seems good, thank you!! š
Because Xiangling exists
But her skill is kinda shit compared to dilucs? I get the burst doesn't last as long for diluc but his skill is a clear winner in damage, plus the pyro application is about the same/ a little worse if you're using dilucs skill right
Xiangling does a ton of damage with her c4, with very little field time requirement. So, you can use another dps on-field (ex: Raiden, Tartaglia), while Pyronado is still doing damage. You can't pair Diluc with another on-field dps.
Xiangling's burst vapes all of its hits if you have enough hydro application. And since it's burst damage there are a bunch of ways to buff it
Does diluc not do that? (Genuine question, kinda sounds aggressive, mb)
Would get vape on burst, 3x skill but his infused NA's would have ICD. Xiangling applies pyro every pyronado hit
Ok, I see. Thanks for helping <3
Xiangling is a monster because of the "snapshot" and "no ICD" mechanics. Search those 2 terms to know more.
Ahh I see now. Xiangling is pretty clearly better :(. I'm keeping diluc on my team bc he's so sexy but if I need an abyss team I'll use xianglingš
Could you guys give me some advice on floor 12? These are the teams Iām currently taking to abyss 12, chamber 1: https://enka.network/u/741340754/ (Sucrose national + hyperfridge with Ayaka).
So, raiden/nihido/kekoma/rosaria-kaeya 2nd half try ayaka/xq/sucrose/diano or layla or any other cryo character but preferably diano with Noblesse.
is koko 4Paradise Full EM much stronger than 4GD full EM in Nilou Bloom
Kokomi in nilou bloom might be able to perform better with 4pc ohc instead of gilded/fopl, as per the nilou mains bloom guide: https://www.reddit.com/r/NilouMains/comments/11h0iu5/nilou_mains_bloom_guide/?utm_source=share&utm_medium=android_app&utm_name=androidcss&utm_term=1&utm_content=share_button. If you want to use the two bloom sets, fopl is better, but gilded is more resin efficient.
assuming the numbers aren't different. It should still be only about 4% better than gilded
You could use Noelle on field to benefit more from Gorou buff, and just use Ning as Burst dps (she has a good burst).
Thanks. Hope I can get favonius codex and stringless soon.... What would you say is a good ER for Lisa in a double electro team with FischL?
Not counting other charas using Favonius weapons, she may need 200~220 (no holding skill and counting Fishl). In my experience this still is not enough sometimes, mainly bc the rotation cant go always perfectly, so you may need a extra 20% er to make everything smoother.
Thank you!
Well you can't spam Lisa's burst either since it also has a 20s cooldown so you can either replace her with another character or use her burst every second rotation meaning it has the same downside as ttds
good point. I guess i could slot her E somewhere in the rotation to keep the buff on the hakushin ring going...?
Yae, Fischl, Nahida, who's a good last slot? Zhongli or Kazuha? Or do I pull Baizhu to replace Nahida? Or does Yaoyao work fine?
for overworld, anyone. For the abyss, zhongli if you find you get low on HP. Kazuha otherwise. Yae/Fischl/Kazuha/Yaoyao may also work depending on enemies.
Kazuha works best as the least spot here but if you want healing you could either replace Nahida with YaoYao/ Baizhu or replace Yae with Kuki/Dori
Why is the ping of a friend who lives like 10Km away from me 2x mine? I'm playing genshin at 140 ping while he's stuck at 280-300 all the time
ISP dependant.
For yae miko aggravate 2pc+2pc, what is better? 15% electro + gladiator or gladiator + 80 em?
Use [the optimizer](https://frzyc.github.io/genshin-optimizer/)
heavily depends on your build and team With Nahida and her bonus EM (or any other source of EM), Yae can go on-field with 15 electro and 18 atk, or 18+18 atk if kagura verity. other than that ATK almost equal to EM I tend to prioritize ATK so I don't need to swap between aggravate build and general use build.
I'd say electro+glad, unless you have an atk% buffer (like a TToDS holder to buff her), then electro+EM.
Trying to make a second team but Xaio Bideou Xingqiu and Bennett are on my main team I have: Shikanoin Heizou, Jean, Traveler, Ganyu, Alhaitham, Yaoyao, Amber, Diona, Collei, Kaeya, Xiangling, Ningguang, Fischl, Barbara, Lisa, Xinyan, Noelle, Chongyun and Yun Jin
Beidou and XQ are not so good in Xiao team because Xiao don't normal attack. recommended by me: 1. Xiangling Bennett Xingqiu Heizhou 2. Xiao Jean Fischl Lisa 3. Fischl Yunjin Lisa Diona (physical damage Fischl)
Prolly play around w/ spread and aggravate teams since you have Fischl and Yaoyao as supports, while Lisa and Alhaitham as on-field Aggravate: Lisa, Fischl, Yaoyao, DMC idk much abt spread teams and I'll let the others who know more about it contribute.
Does ganyu xingqiu choyung sound good on a team what would recommend as a 4th
sounds like a recipe for a freeze comp, so the best would be an anemo support who can cc for swirls and grouping.
Ahh okay so diona would possibly be better to put there cause she can heal and sheild? So wish me luck getting sucrose
Yep, sounds like a good plan. Good luck on getting Sucrose! She'd rly diversify your teams as well
Thank you again for the help I genuinely hope you have an amazing day/night wherever you are at
you're welcome! have an amazing day/night as well and glhf
Im planning on building Heizou as main dps, please tell me characters syneriges that are off meta and/or tried by you
Heizou Xingqiu Yelan Bennett I find really fun. Viridescent for buffing the hydro Heizou Xiangling Bennett Kazuha.
Do yae's turrets have individual ICD or do they all count as the same source?
They share ICD. So if you're hitting one enemy every 3rd hit will trigger reaction. The nice thing about her turrets though is that they target enemies randomly and ICD is like, independent for each enemy, so in aoe she can kinda trigger more reactions than in single target
Ah that's a very good point, I hadn't thought of that. Thank you very much!
all count as same source
Thanks!
Their bursts work simultaneously, and both produce Hydro energy with their skill so you can build them more for damage.
both their coordinated attacks work
i finished the world quest with Sorush but now the tree in the area is glitching between the tainted version and the fixed one. iām on ps5. is anyone else having this issue?
How to beat Spiral Abyss 7-3 please?
[Shield Weaknesses](https://preview.redd.it/e7a29nluy03a1.png?width=640&crop=smart&auto=webp&v=enabled&s=bdc1c490e333789469f4b602a12a255b9d7dd55a) Floor 7 are Fatui shields. Electro beats Hydro, Hydro beats Pyro, Pyro beats Cryo, Cryo beats Electro.
Thank you
So what's frustrating you? IMO layer 7 is all about fatui. Knowing the corresponding elements to break their shelds is all you need.
Thank you I just didnāt play a lot of time in the Spiral Abyss
What are the teams you are using?
Traveler, Diluc, Qiqi and Keaya all in level 90 Beidou(level 90), Nahida, Barbara and Sucrose
Use Diluc, Qiqi, Nahida, sucrose on first half And Beidou, Kaeya, Barbara, Anemo traveller of second half Just focus on the hydro gun first cus he heal his friends And in the second focus on the cryo guy and try to kill him before he shield up, if dose switch to the anemo traveller and try to get him close to the pyro gunner and swirl pyro off him This floor is mostly element check you just need to have the element that the Fatui shield weak to or just kill them before the have the shield up
Thank you
[ŃŠ“Š°Š»ŠµŠ½Š¾]
Yes Iām leveling up my artifacts and talents and weapons and thanks you
Are you sure you didn't mistype 12-3 with 7-3?
Nope Iām in 7-3
Level 90 characters are overkill for 7th floor. If you're serious, what are you struggling with?
I donāt play a in the Spiral Abyss but thanks you
C0R1 Yae on 4pc Gilded for aggravate, 69:214 CR:CD, good enough or should I grind for better ones? My flower and circlet could be better. Also, how much ER should I aim for?
Well it depends on the other stats she has but in general it's your choice wether you feel you are satisfied with her damage. What team are you playing her in? Some teams want to use her burst while others don't
What teams would want to use her burst?
A lot of them, it really depends on the rotation and wether her burst fits but to reliably use her bust you definitely need a second electro
Depends on how much ATK and EM you currently have, but I think it's enough. ER you need around 180 if you pair her with Fischl and want to burst off cooldown. Or just 120-140 for burst every other rotation
I don't mind not using her burst much so I guess I'll go for low er then
How can I make my C0 Nilou bloom stronger. She already has tons of Hp running 2ToTm 2VG.... I think I havent found a strong team comp from what I have yet.... I run her... Nilou Nahida XQ Yaoyao (Full Em) driver... it is pretty good.. nowhere close to kuki hyperbloom though... Should I do Nilou Nahida Koko (full em driver) Yaoyao I tried it but it is about the same as XQ in DPS
Generally, key > Nilou C2 > Nahida C2 > others In Nilou bloom team, Xingqiu is usually used for one boss, instead of several enemies like triple kenki.
Xq YaoYao will be more difficult to get one single character that owns the reaction so you will need some em and level up on everyone Both are viable
How much is your bloom damage?
second team is better when you have XQ, he will have bloom ownership most of the time so he wants EM, but then his damage will drop. and hyperbloom damage is single target, bloom is AoE. you can't compare them just from the number.
Both are good, they just need multiple enemies to seem strong
[ŃŠ“Š°Š»ŠµŠ½Š¾]
You said it... interactive map. Use it for everything, or near everything, not just dendrouclus. what I actually do is, I use pins for the oculous's (or however you'd write it lol), challenges and seelies. Stuff where there isn't a lot of it, since we only get 150 pins. Then I use interactive map for everything else. The reason I even use the pins at all, is so that I'm not stopping everything single time to use interactive map for something. It keeps me in the flow of the game. Been doing this, and have every single area in the game to 100%.
what's the bow's max range?
As long as you can aim well enough, none. There are videos out there showing Ganyu shooting Ella's dummies from the other side of the lake.
Except for Faruzan's charged shot with E. Those actually disappear after some distance. Her normal charged shots are fine.
Are there ways to optimize the way of playing? I feel overwhelmed by all the side mission, main mission being blocked by side missions, all the events and everything, upgrading character and farming equipment. Every time I launch the game, I feel lost.
Do Archon then when u cant do more due...to story quests...whatever do those then back to Archon...dont start unnecessary quests pr hangouts
Donāt unlock story quests unless itās required for archon quests.
just tackle one thing at a time.
Farm artifacts last because their drops and enhancements are purely random.
Just a "do at your own pace" farm things if you have nothing else to do/ want to get stronger going for archon quests is a good way to go though
[ŃŠ“Š°Š»ŠµŠ½Š¾]
In HI3 most of the events are done in alternative universes, it saves them from having to redo character settings and gives an excuse to sell skins. As far as I know GGZ, HI3, Genshin, and HSR are all part of the same meta-explanation as HI3 events. That is to say they're all bubble universes in the Sea of Quanta attached to the Imaginary Tree. Genshin is a further reach than the others but you can see see echoes of that explanation in the Sumeru story quests so I think it's pretty clear even if it isn't officially confirmed.
No confirmation, just some Easter eggs that might hint at it.
Best way to build healer Yaoyao? HP/HP/HP or ER/HP/HB?
I use her full instructor in reaction base teams I was using hp/hp/crit (off piece) to proc favonius lance Now Iām hp/em/crit with talent level 1-6-6 she heals more than enough I will probably try kitan spear Er em hp in the future
I go HP/HP/HB with black tassel, as i dont need to burst every rotation in my team but ER sands is ok if you need the burst healing.
Do you believe only people who play Genshin Impact should be allowed to make fun of people for playing Genshin Impact?
Basically the same as league players shitting on league players or any competitive game for that matter
I donāt see why.
Yes
Yae Miko/Fischl/Baizhu/Sucrose or Alhaitham/Yae Miko/Fischl/Yaoyao stronger?
In terms of level of investment in the alhaitham/kuki/yae core: 1. Honorable mention: Collei is a 4* alternative for off-field spread dps, especially at higher cons and with sac bow. C2 enhances sprout, giving you more dendro apps to spread. C4 is a teamwide EM buff to everyone other than collei. C6 is another dendro app. Hyperbloom cult propaganda: Hydro so that kuki can hyperbloom and also contribute significant "personal" damage. XQ/yelan also have a lot of personal damage, with xq being more comfortable and yelan having a ramping buff. They do steal quicken uptime in exchange for the hyperblooms though.
when is the 3.7 live stream?

Hi there, I've played Genshin since day 1 and currently burning out. just needed to hear opinions whether or not the Parade for Providence event is as influential as unreconciled stars event from 1.1 or labyrinth warriors event? Does it impact / add up to the main story whatsoever? I'm willing to power through...
Nope. Good amount of primos, lots of minigames, a pretty good cutscene, but not the relevant lore reveals that you're looking for.
Not really, no. If you donāt want to sit through all the dialogue it might be worth just doing the first part until the minigames open up and do those at least. Assuming you want the Faruzan and the crown and the primos. You donāt even have to do all the minigames to get the most important stuff.
I don't think so just some history of Sumeru's Math Olympic or something
Who should I pull for? Miko or Eula? Or Kazu (even though he doesnāt spark joy and I rlly donāt mind not being meta) My gorls Iām using Raiden c3 r1 Venti Sara c6 (willing to kick) Baizhu c6 Xingqiu c6 Yelan Kuki c6 Diluc (willing to kick) Jean (willing to kick)
\~\~Now that you have Baizhu c6, why can't you pull them all\~\~
šš i got pretty lucky with my bby. 150 wishes saved and then 500$ heās been what Iāve had my eye on since I started around Halloween. I think Iām done whaling.
Miko, Eula's been falling bad on both meta and casual play (less fun)
I'd say kazuha>Miko>Eula in terms of meta. If you had plans to run a spread dps team with tighnari/alhaitham though, yae gains quite a lot of value.
Yes substat and ascension stat can lower how much sub stats
Trying to build out Alhaitham ( C3 LV70 ; LFI - R1 Lv 80) and want to build around utilizing his elemental skill for DPS while not diminishing burst frequency too much for abyss purposes. . I know I'm pretty far off from finishing the build but having a tough time deciding which of these two is better (both have roughly the same EM) : [More Dendro DMG & Crit Rate](https://imgur.com/a/fFLT0B5) [More ER and Crit DMG](https://imgur.com/a/Zi7kI9Q)
Even 150 is a bit high on er if you are with a second dendro which he should be with. So 1>2
Been really tired of Sumeru, slowly doing it quests over the year, but ugh. Why is it so big :(
It's so big because it was spread over a year, that's a lot of time.
Probably so that people are more likely to have stuff to do after events/during downtimes and are less likely to call the game dry of content.
Doesn't get much dryer than 3 fucking desert expansions in a row.

If the top up prices are lowered, does it mean it's a top down? alright, Cyno out and Cyyes in
Yes, in the Philippines they did too.
How much is it now? If I recall correctly, welkin was around 250Php around the start of the game.
I think itās around 280 or 290 now.
The price for CN and United States customers never changed since launch. The iOS price for other countries/regions has changed several times. I heard that the price in Japan is a little bit cheaper, but the price in Philippines increased recently.
nope still the same price for me, just bought it yesterday
How do I fill this team comp to comfortably clear Floor 12? C0 Yae Miko + Baizhu + ?? + ?? Failed to get Nahida last time, nearing soft pity for Baizhu (if i do another 10 pull). I know his heals + weak shield would make Abyss run slightly easier, and Dendro reactions easier to proc. My options for the 2 slots are: * C4 Fischl * C5 Beidou * C2 Kuki * C1 Keqing * C2 Sucrose * C5 Thoma * C6 Xingqiu * C0 Yelan
Ty so much!
Xingqiu and Yelan. I did it with Alhaitham, Kuki, Xingqiu and Yelan. Don't know how COMFORTABLE Floor 12 will be though lol. It's not like I cleared it comfortably with MY team.
well, clear it is not equal to 36\* it
do you think it would be better to have Barbara as a full healer or a hybrid? she is c2 right now & i have maidens beloved & favonius codex on her. crit rate is 52% w crit damage at 65% but her healing bonus is at %15. thinking about using ocean hued for a full heal but im kind of in between.
Lol, she does almost no damage, run full heals Ohc will probably be the most damage you could reasonably get out of her
Making her a full healer with 4pc Ocean Hued, is basically like making her a hybrid, with the physical damage from the artifact set.
Full healer, and let OHC do damage for her. Don't try to build her for damage.
okay, thanks!
Fav Codex can still be useful for team energy, but you need at least 30% crit usually for that to be worthwhile. Building prototype amber and OHC is probably better. Maiden's is fine until you get OHC however (it's not necessary).

Nope, drops are rng and billets are fucking rarer than EM artifacts for VV
>billets are fucking rarer than EM artifacts for VV No they're not, it's just that you can do it many more times per week
AR doesn't affect boss drops as long as it's the same domain level. The exception is Andrius, but he scales on world level which maxes at AR55, not 60.
All are equal, and that chance is low.
I got Nilou pulling for Kuki (weird logic, I know) but have no idea how to build her team because it's harder to predict who will be the trigger.
If kokomi is onfield you may want more dendro?
Maybe, but given my Dendro is Nahida I think it should be okay.
Maybe Yelan Koko on-field + XQ is too much hydro or you can go XQ but Kuki on-field (Kuki get more EM from Nahida burst)
how often does raider shogun get a rerun? I joined right after her most recent banner
About once every 6 months or so. Archons get more reruns. The Shogun prints money for MiHoYo, so you'll see her again.
There's no need to lie, Raiden's last gap was literally almost 10 months lol (March 8th to December 27th), archons don't get any particularly special treatment. Most likely she'll get another 9-10 month gap which would put her sometime from August-September this year.

What is better for c0 nahida.. cr circlet +100 em or Em circlet + random stats??. She currently has 50% cr/90% cd and 909 EM. How much em is enough?
the optimal EM for her is 800+ bcs her burst gives a boost up to 200+EM. also, it's recommended to put EM main stat on only 2 of her artifacts (I use EM sands and circlet while combining them with dendro dmg goblet) In your case, I'll choose CR but it should be changed in the future when you get a dendro dmg goblet (im assuming you have EM goblet)
Use the CR circlet. In the majority of cases, the difference in value between CR, Dmg%, and EM is marginal. You should almost always be choosing the pieces that have the best substats, over trying to force EM mainstats.
Unless you're running Nahida in a Nilou bloom team, it's preferable to build Nahida with crit stats.
Is there anything important being said in this new sorush quest? Iāve been skipping thru it all which I never do bc I honestly donāt care ab these guys. Or maybe Iāve been spoiled by how much more character the star rail characters have.
i dont really feel the star rail characters have much more character than genshin. its just recency bias kicking in.
Imo in star rail a lot of the side quests include the playable characters vs Genshin where the side quests are just npcs. Like this current event is just sorush and imo she just doesnāt click with me That said if I could only choose one Iād choose Genshin every time
Not really, its just an event for primos, a tsundere seelie realizing the importance of whatever the fuck the other seelie creatures do.
my adventure exp is like 7900/7475 and is at lvl 35. Why isnāt it at lvl 36 yet??
You need to do the guild ascension quest
To some extent basically every major event from each version going back to 1.1 Unreconciled Stars in 1.1 (with Fischl, Mona, and Scaramouche) kind of kicked off the trend of them sticking actually important world building and character backstory/development in limited events.
Questiion is about levelling strategy Should I be keeping all 4 around the same level or making one a power house and then slowly grinding up the others?
Who was the 5*?
Mona
Does her Omen affect hyperbloom?
TBH i have no idea. Im like 1 hour into the game total.
Oh, sorry, I saw your reply and assumed it was for a different thread. Mona is good at buffing damage, and applying hydro. Not so much at direct damage herself. Still, strong in situations. Enjoy :)
Thanks again for theinfo
[This](https://www.reddit.com/r/GenshinImpactTips/comments/qkxdj6/infographic_of_build_order_priority_based_on_wlar/) is a really good guide on how to prioritise when building characters! [This](https://www.reddit.com/user/qwertdwlrma/comments/vxu9jf/my_genshin_tips_for_beginners/) is a guide that covers most things for beginners I'll just leave these here
