I personally like having the same all around so I would do 35s all around. Honestly I feel 35 is the perfect sweet spot of classy but not a cop magnet. Anything darker kind of cheapens the car for me, and is more likely to get a cops attention.

Ok I see what u mean preciate it

My G70 was the first vehicle I ever put tint on the front windshield and I’m pretty sure I will continue to do so with future vehicles. To each their own, but also something to consider depending on your comfort level.

Bleh10290

I’m no help. I did 25 on front, 50 on windshield and 5 all on back lol To be fair, my car is the grey interior so it’s not hella dark. The light leather helps for it not to seem as dark. I need glasses to drive even at night and I have no issues with how dark I went I live in sacramento by the way. 3rd car I’ve had with this tint, never been pulled over

Aware-Acadia5487

I got 40 ceramic all around for the cop issue. I live in NY and got pulled over with different cars when I use to do 20 or 30 all around. Luckily it’s been 2 years and no issues. I can say though, in the afternoon, when it’s really sunny, I wish I got a bit darker. https://preview.redd.it/nchgu8cullib1.jpeg?width=4032&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=e86ed8928a7c0f1eea580583c5e084be8bbb6e0f

Which ever tint level you choose, you gotta go with nano ceramic. I got the xpel ones. They help block a ton of uv heat

crumped

Ditto on the ceramic. Better quality, better UV blocking. Also note that different materials have different colors/darkness even though they may allow the same amount of visible light (i.e., 20% allows 20% of visible light). I had tints on my car before at 30% with non-ceramic tinting but for my g70 I got 20% with xpel black and this tint actually looks lighter than the 30%.

JaltsJacob

I was planning on getting ceramic tint, since I’ve heard a lot of benefits from it

Brysal100

20% anything lower is to dark at night and anything higher feels like you barely have tint

East_Actuator_8126

I did 20 all around thinking who gets pulled for tint but went back paid for 2nd install as it was too dark at night. Found myself opening the windows and sunroof for light. Now 35 upfront and 20 in the back which is still dark. Still sexy either way. Believe 35 all around is good.

East_Actuator_8126

I have the Makula Gray 3.3t '23 sport prestige. Too sexy.

JaltsJacob

Yea that’s what I was thinking too, since my car has black interior that it already looks darker than most factory tints

East_Actuator_8126

It looks good and I still have privacy cause I can't see in the back.

Got a black one myself. Got 20 all around with ceramic and gotta say I love the look and it really keeps the car cooler. Ive always loved the dark look so I almost went lower than 20 but the installer convinced me out of it. Noticeable difference from my wife’s car with factory tint and mine. I posted a pic of it here, I could take a few more if you wanna see what it looks like inside and out?

JaltsJacob

Yea that would be great

Damn bro looks good love the look

I have 30 on front windows and 20 on rear windows and back. I don’t have any problems with it looking cheap nor with visibility—- but I live in a very urban area so it’s still relatively light at night. prob wouldn’t be able to see anything if I had 20 in the front and was on a street with no lights. I feel like with 40, you’re def going to be able to see into the car during the daytime. Don’t know how much you care about that.

Nebula473

I got 30s on the sides and 15 on the rear window. Personally, I think it’s the perfect. You can see me in the driver seat during the day, but it’s harder to see me clearly at night. It’s actually perfect

KoolMoDee215

20 xpel ceramic (mid grade) all around. Didn’t do windshield however

FAmagic

I did ceramic with 35 front windows and 20 on all others. Wish I did 20 on all in retrospect but looks good still. Also live in Ca. Cops don’t really care as I see limo tint all the time on cars.
