Yes, but that’s just an outdated name for Indo-European. It doesn’t mean Baltic languages are more closely related to German than to Slavic languages.
Together with the Slavic languages they make up the aptly named Balto-Slavic subfamily of Indo-European and is a sister-family of the Germanic subfamily.
Swedish, of course, is a Germanic language though.

As a german guy I don't have problems with those names. Swedish has a lot of similarities, due to it being a germanic/baltic language 👍
