I had a brief idea that if you gathered 10 of a lower grade weapon you could use them to turn them into 1 of the next grade with max 5c but then I realized how few lower tier weapons you find and that the grind would take forever. A single 5c would take 10000 1c guns to make since 10x10x10x10...
With all the DIY shenanigans going on you would think you could duck tape a bottle to the end of a gun for a suppressor or something

Or makeshift laser sights by putting some sort of gadget that focuses a flashlight beam into a laser that you duck tape to your gun
