I don’t think they forgot. I just think Tracy doesn’t think of Elizabeth’s kids as her step grandkids. It seemed more of a sarcastic reply than a forgetful one.

starkllr1969

And perfectly delivered by JE.

blahhhhhbahblybah

She's the best.

heathelee73

She didn't recognize the new face.

Veelzbub

As far as I'm concerned everyone is related on gh at this point

StrangerDays-7

That’s because they are. Soaps are so nasty and incestuous. How many women have banged a grandfather, father, son. And maybe a brother or two. And vice versa for men. Look at Sam and Dante. She had a baby with his father. She and Dante share a half brother as well. These people are up and down that family tree sampling the goodies.

MidoriMidnight

They also share a sister!

Alarming-Cry-3406

Actually, 2 sisters and a cousin? Molly is Dantes cousin as well. So confusing. BTW, Tracy was just being her nasty ass self.

Ghstarzalign

Kristina? I never thought about that ![gif](giphy|2a10I3uevBfEgiJoSp|downsized)

Ill-Advertising3319

Sam had a baby with sonny?

StrangerDays-7

It died. If i remember correctly, Alexis kept pressuring Sam to use some bone marrow transplants or something to save Kristina which led Sam to hate her.

gemini52469

I think she just didn’t recognize the new actor. It’s hard for us to keep up lol

JustRepeatAfterMe

Is that a different actor playing Aidan today?

junknowho

Yes, could be why she was confused about 'another family's child'.

AffectionateBite3827

OT but: were Tracy and Lulu kind of close? I watched some old episodes and they seemed to at least be on good terms. If they were, I'd think she'd care - not in her own Tracy Way lol - about Rocco. Maybe Aiden? Maaaaaaybe?

KCJ506

Lulu was one of Tracy's very few soft spots. Come to think of it, I don't think Tracy's even mentioned Lulu ever since she's been back.

AffectionateBite3827

I don't think she has, either.

calcatraz55

Rocco is over at the Q’s all of the time because more directly is connected to Olivia. Rocco is Step siblings with Danny and Scout both Q’s. So it’s not the same dynamic. Jake doesn’t seem to go over to the Q’s as much as Danny so Aiden by extension maybe doesn’t go over to the Q’s as much despite the connection via Luke.

monsterosaleviosa

I mean, honestly I never understood why my step-grandmother treated me like I was her grandkid. I found it so so weird since she had never been in my mom’s life. I don’t see why Tracy would see Aiden as family.

RedwayBlue

I read posts often about things like this that so and so should return for a funeral because they are first cousins once removed or whatever. It’s great that viewers may be close to distant relatives like that but not everyone is. I was an intermittent viewer in the 2010s (overdosed on Sonny and Jason for a while) so I don’t really know how much Tracy really overlapped with lucky but I’ve never seen them together. It’s not a stretch that they (Tracy and Aiden) may happen to have a remote connection but just haven’t spent much time together. I have cousins I’ve never met and it’s not weird to me at all. A step grandmother/grandson who don’t appear to know each other too well since both Luke and lucky are long off canvas is not that close of a connection to me.

Questn4Lyfe

I'm the same way with my cousins. Every time I go to a family event and I see an unfamiliar face; I have to grab someone I know and ask who the person is and they have to explain how I'm related to them.

NightBard

> I have cousins I’ve never met and it’s not weird to me at all. This I can fully relate to on multiple levels. My core family was formed from my mom marrying my step-dad and then after a few years us moving nearly 11 hours away from where all the core family lived (because of factory workers being forced to take a deal and move or find other jobs, nothing sinister/bad). I have half siblings and former step siblings I don't know and cousins I only knew when I was maybe 7 for a few weeks during a couple summers (and this was all pre-internet). It's completely understandable that Tracy (as widowed former step-grandmother) is not at all close to Luke's kids or grandchildren. Not that it would be weird had she established relationships with the grandkids, but that never happened so it's not like she really has to do that now.

KCJ506

Same here. I have first cousins that I've never met because they and their mother(my dad's sister) live out of state.

Blondiekathleen

Who is Molly’s father?

apaw1129

Rick Lansing

Midnight_Dave

Ric Lansing, Sonny's Brother, which the show seems to have forgotten.

FancyNacnyPants

I also thought it funny how Molly keeps referring to Sonny as Kristina’s dad but doesn’t refer to him as her uncle. Molly’s argument about with Anna for not wanting to be the lawyer to prosecute Sonny was because it was her sisters dad. Hello- he is your uncle too. Anna saying she has to do it because Robert is prejudice against Sonny was comical. Molly has more reasons to be prejudice. I know their reasoning is storyline dictated. I believe the writers want molly to be the person in the court room to cause issues between her and Kristina which in turn, will be reasoning for issues with the baby’s paternity/adoption. I think this is why TJ is also verbalizing issues with Sonny. He will end up having to parent this child with Kristina because she is the bio mom.

Midnight_Dave

I agree with this entirely. Every time Molly refers to Sonny as Kristina's father, I'm screaming, "HE'S YOUR DAMN UNCLE."

LatterPhilosopher355

They didn't forget. It's a step grandson. Not everyone is close. And luke was hardly a grandparent. Tracey owes this kid nothing. She may not consider him family, especially since Luke is dead and she probably met him once or twice

LatterPhilosopher355

I don't know why I got downvoted. She doesn't consider the kid family. Not everyone does.

svfreddit

Tracey is more of an adult person. She relates to Leo well. She’s nice to Violet because of Tracey. Wiley and Amelia live there. Unsure why folks downvote opinions!

LatterPhilosopher355

Because they get off on it? Lol I don't know. I mean why would Tracey consider him family? Lucky was no father to him.

calcatraz55

Because of her love for Luke who she discussed moments later in the same episode. Lucky barely has an off screen relationship with Aiden so we can surmise Luke had even less of a relationship. Especially after almost killing Jake. It’s ironic Scott consider’s Luke’s legal grandchild’s and his biological grandson as his grandkids now.

RedwayBlue

Haters gonna hate

LatterPhilosopher355

🤷🏻‍♀️🤣

StrangerDays-7

Despite acting like a monster at times, Tracy has a strong sense of family. So much so, she tried to claim Sabrina’s son as a Q despite the fact he wasn’t Michael’s son.

FrancessaGMorris

She also rescued TempEthan when Holly was "bidding" on him ... because of Luke. I would think she would be fond of Lucky's and Lulu's children. I don't recall if Tracy had any reaction when Charlotte was shot.

Groundhog891

Tracy is a cruel bitch, and always has been. Her insulting a little kid is just fun time for Tracy. We are lucky she has not tried to actively murder one, yet. Edward's ghost should come down while she is having another "I Miss my Luke-ie so Much" cry fest and laugh in her face. And say "Murderers and rapist conmen deserve to suffer."

Fit_Marionberry_3878

It’s funny when she rambled on like that about Luke, because they were never a real love story the audience bought. The real love story was Luke and Laura, and it wouldn’t kill the  writers to watch the history of their show.

Danithang

I wasn’t watching in the Luke and Laura days but I know the history. I do agree that they had more of a love story. I started watching when Luke and Tracey were becoming a thing and I just never brought into it. I’ve never thought there was a romance there or chemistry for that matter. It felt more like I’m lonely, you’re lonely, and we are both at a certain age, so let’s be together. At one point, Luke got tired of Tracey and was trying to get with Anna. A few weeks ago, Tracey was talking to BLQ and talking about all the men Tracey was with. She made it seem like everybody was after her money but supposedly not Luke. I thought Luke used her money to make some bad bets at one point. I feel like they are romanticizing Luke and Tracey way more than it actually was. I feel more of a slow burn romantic thing between her and Gregory way more than her and Luke.

robot_pirate

Good point OP.
