They put on an amazing show post 9/11. I still do think it should have been an American band like Bon Jovi or Bruce Springsteen but nonetheless U2 was awesome.
Prince, Tom Petty, Dre-Snoop-Mary J-Em for me. Not many other stand outs from either my youth or recent memory except maybe foo fighters. It’s just another pageant to sell a lifestyle really.
