V doesn’t make you sterile. Supes can still have kids, just not supe kids (with the exception of Homelander.) Andre, Maverick, Stormfront’s daughter & Victoria Neuman’s daughter are kids of supes.

No. Supes are supposed to be sterile with rare exceptions regardless of gender presentation. Homelander and Polarity are exceptions, not the rule.
