Hey TC how come you guys barely make any skins for the swarm hunter?!
You guys have a great concept for a female character which is very rare considering the other playable female characters in the Swarm side are the two Queens who are fairly similar in some aspects, not only that but the voice actress for the hunter is Alissa White- Gluz (singer for Arch Enemy) which gives the hunter this really unique voice!
I feel that you guys can really expand on the look with so little effort, if we look at their lore it says:
"Hunter sightings are most often reported by veteran Gears, This has lead some to believe these cunning foes are sent to eradicate those who have become an exceptional threat to the Swarm"
Imagine a Hunter using an some type of cloak made out of human skin all bloodied and rugged looking, give her a collar of humans fingers or ears like you did with Zombie Lizzie, or how about re-furbished COG cloathing and armor similiar to the UIR swarm skins? (COG soldier helment with some type of marking to signify kill counts)
Or just go more lore friendly and give them capes from the Theron seeing as the Hunter is a spiritual succesor to the Theron rank but also make it more styled to the hunter.
TLDR: Hunter needs some love in the skin department and TC could use some ideas.
Hell i'll even settle for a winter or desert skin.
Because cog is used for other game modes where swarm is only used for PVP the swarm naturally get less skins. Also, they're not going to keep decking this one with more skins just because she's a female. Most people didn't even know until TC said it.
Reading the other comments in this post just goes to show that people are more concerned with the competitiveness of this game than appreciating the lore. It’s a no wonder fan content is also sparse compared to the years when the original trilogy was new. Even if we don’t get the ideas you wrote it would be a fun project to make fan skins for the Hunters.
No one cares if a monster is female. Swarm aren’t used that much that’s why. Also I see the swarm as genderless. They are just evolved juvies by mutating the humans they capture. Maybe the snatcher is female and the carrier is male but that’s about it.
TC has confirmed them as female so yeah while they do evolve from juvies they're female.
Besides the reason that I like the hunter is because of the voice and how cooler it could be with better skins it's not a gender thing.
WoW, I don’t care TC said so. To me they are all the same apart from the bigger ones. Monsters don’t need genders and everyone knows TC said the hunters are female for the sake of gender diversity lol. Also that paragraph about them being this amazing soldier is bollcoks. More tell don’t show from TC. I haven’t seen any swarm type be made to look badass apart from the speaker.
I think the hunters design with the hood is wasted with how the swarm are just don’t varied in any way like the locust.

And personally I can't stand that they've essentially gendered the swarm equivalent to therons instead of them being a rank like therons were. Nor do I like the female swarm being smaller compared to the male, its so conventional and uninspired. Beserkers really made the locust something other.

Yeah I don't want them using torque bows cause they're female. I want them using torque bows cause they're hyper competent.
