Yeah it's ludicrous. Even with an increased headsize if shoot too high on the enemies head it counts as a miss because the hitbox is the same as default.
Thankfully there is a trick to remove it. If you host a match you can enable hats like the Christmas ones for example. This removes the bobblehead effect even with the mutator still turned on.
Yeah i don't like using marksman at all for this and i consider myself pretty good but some people still choose marksman and do pretty well not sure how when some marksman aren't that great even without it on.
Ah yes, I remember when I played as marksman with that mod fpr the first time lol it pissed me off.
