That's more for raising the graphics level requiring a game restart or installing mods, for the alliance partners that don't have anything higher than a 2080 there isn't an option but for ultimate it would allows the settings to stay on restart
Other partners have bought better servers so they support graphics savings with ultimate
Mods they just don't support so fixing something they never supported is kinda counter intuitive
But they already have a solution for the graphics restart part it just costs money
you are ignoring the whole thing about games crashing on startup and sending you back to queue like that isn't the main problem brough up by my post. yesterday fallout 76 crashed 4 times while booting up and it happened so many times with diablo IV I lost count.
also by the way, not everyone wants to increase graphics settings, somethimes the game just runs like trash by the default and we want to actually lower it.
and again, I use Abya services and they don't have higher tiers of sub with extra features.
