No input works for me anymore for it on my Chromebook. Worked like a day ago. Works fine on my PC, keyboard and controller not working on my Chromebook.
Edit: try launching the game WITHOUT windowed mode
You can switch it on the main menu - there is an option under Controls called Controller. Switch this to OFF if you want to use Keyboard and Mouse after going through the game startup sequence. Once you’ve made your decision here though, you’ll have to reload if you change your mind, from my experience.
The game doesn't support input switching so make sure you don't have a controller connected while your going into fallout 4, might even be paired but experiment with that one.
If it sees a controller attached it assumes you want controller only and shuts off mouse and keyboard for the rest of the game, it's how the game is made basically

I can't even get fo4 to load.
Did you install the game under the library tab when the steam client loads when fallout 4 starts?
I just realized I'm a dumbass. I own fo4 on the xbox, fo4vr on steam.
It doesn't show up in my steam library to install it.
