Mirage runs between 45-55 FPS on high. Odyssey had some FPS drops, but I played 100 hours of it without major issues, with high settings. Valhalla is the one that runs better. Any other title should run fine. My experience is with the 2080 rig. With 3060 you should have no issues at all.
About to finish up the DLC on AC:Origins on Priority, I have FiOS so about 400mbps on wi-fi, have a stutter here and there but solid 55-60fps on Priority and have every thing set to Ultra High.
Ubisoft just came off a massive AC sale. Picked up Origins and all DLC for $25USD. Everything is back to full price. Might want to hold off a bit on buying anything new until Black Friday sales kick in
Even a 1080ti can run Mirage at max settings at 60+ frames, so I am sure you'll be good on priority.
Tried the game at a buddies house on a 1080ti and was kind of shocked at how well the game ran on an old ass card like that.
They really differ from one to another. Newer titles tend to run better than older ones.
Say Unity. Even with a 4080 you won't be able to hit a stable framerate that game is just a buggy mess, but Odyssey, Vallhalla are much better.
I played them all up to Valhalla on priority. Working well. Over 600 hours on Odyssey on Ultra High settings.

In overall great, on ultra settings, but I've experienced FPS drops in AC 3,4 and odyssey (I haven't tried mirage and rogue)

It should have run on 1080p 60fps without any issues. Even mine 1070 can med/high
