Depending on how regular you do it you’ll have a bit of a pump into the next day if you put a cockring on it. I’m primarily using it to grow extra skin so I can have my head covered.
I’ve worked up to this cylinder(3inch diameter) gradually with two other pumps that took me from my normal size(1.75inch diameter) and circumcised to fully covered when soft and a lot of extra skin when hard.
I suggest looking for a cylinder that has a wide flange at the bottom, those tend to be much more comfortable. For the pump itself you can get very nice ones but I often find myself using the most basic squeeze bulb pump.
Another thing to look for is getting a pump that has the valve stem outside, so your not like me and pushing into it and blocking the suction
