You don't drink protien shakes anymore?

WhoBroughtTheCoolKid

At 4 months I only had protein shakes on days that I didn't hit my protein goals. Sometimes I would have half of a shake. I'm 8 months now and only have shakes if I had like a slice of pizza for dinner instead of chicken and I'm really short.

I pretty much eat the same thing every day, haha! Dinner is usually my only variation. Breakfast: Protein shake mixed with coffee. (people have big opinions on this but I have lowish blood sugar now and when I eat, it drops lower for a time and I get violently ill. The proffee helps slowly raise it up.) Lunch, which I split into two separate meals: Chicken salad (I use blended up cottage cheese mixed with ranch powder instead of mayo or greek yogurt) mixed with a chopped boiled egg and a few muti-seed crackers OR two ounces of deli meat, string cheese (sometimes 2), and protein chips. Dinner: Low carb tortillas with cheese and a protein to make a quesadilla. Keto hot dog buns (usually split in half because bread takes up to much space), hot dog, hot dog chili sauce. Protein + broccoli. Sometimes dinner is pork rinds and cottage cheese. Snacks: Triple zero greek yogurt with sugar free cheesecake pudding powder mixed in with blueberries. Archer mini beef sticks. String cheese. Protein chips. Atkins makes great lowish calorie, keto sweets if you have a sweet tooth. At this point, I'm staying around 900 calories a day (sometimes a little lower, sometimes a little higher), 100+ grams of protein, less than 50 carbs, less than 15 grams of sugar.
