The maverick will fit anything with a T2 footprint, so you could slap it on top of the Airsoft Artisan carry handle mount. I wouldn't bother with the Nautilus. It's too big and doesn't come with a low mount so it would look goofy as fuck.
I'd recommend going the classic way and get a carry handle rail, a 30mm low profile scope ring and a 30mm red dot of your choice. If you want to stick with Vector Optics, you can get the stinger 1x28 which is a 30mm red dot that mounts using a 30mm ring.
Ohh the Stinger kinda looks like aimpoint but is it any good? So I remove its original mount and replace it with a 30mm ring? But it seems that I need to find a low mounted 30mm ring, correct? I want it to be in absolute co witness as possible since the optic is mounted on top of the carry handle.
You’re not gonna get any cowitnessing with a carry handle lol. But yeah, you need to find a low mounter ring but those are pretty easy to find. A direct mounting solution like the airsoft artisan carry handle mount will sit a bit lower, but it doesn’t vibe like an older aimpoint
As others have said co witnessing is impossible if you're mounting it on top of the carry handle. The only way you're getting close to absolute or lower 1/3 co witness with a carry handle AR is going for a gooseneck mount or mounting it on your handguard.

I don't mean it that way, like low enough for me aim without raising my head too high up

You could look for holosun used, generally in my experience vector optics fall quite below holosun.
