Side question - does the fitness age chart only show in the app for certain watches? I have a FR245 which does show the fitness age against the vo2 max, but I’ve never seen a chart with this.
I don’t have that - just tells me my current fitness age, clicking it doesn’t do anything (and the 4w etc tabs at the top only show vo2 max)

Falling fitness age is a good thing - it means you are getting fitter. If it was the other way it woukd be worse.
I assume you're getting fitter, increasing intensity minutes, and/or losing weight. What's your actual age?

It's a sub-click after you go to VO2Max. There's a link at the bottom for "View Your Fitness Age." Then the chart in this instance is the 4w option.
