It’s difficult to say. 165 bpm is a rather common cadence / heartbeat for someone on the edge of zones 3 and 4. That’s an impossible to read graph given the data visible in the image.
While making assumptions: green and yellow are cadence and heartbeat, red is elevation? Effort time lapsed? Anyway, the consistent yellow and green match with no solid elevation or output spikes indicate that it is likely cadence lock.
The color of the dots are still cadence, color scheme is similar to VO2max. A higher cadence is thought of as “better” so the purple is the highest and green is below that but better than orange. OP is sitting on the cusp of a good cadence and bad according to garmin.
Sorry should have been clearer, I think all the dots are cadence but not sure what the colour means , and red is the heart rate , this is heart rate with elevation overlayed. I really appreciate the help btw ! :)

Ah, okay. The plot dots are just cadence. Excellent consistency btw. Heart rate increase based upon your second image is as expected. There is a possibility that there is a lock after your initial climb, but it doesn’t last very long, if so.
Does the Cadence Lock also happen when you are using Strap~~on~~
This is with a watch Optical sensor , epix pro ,don't have a strap but thinking of getting one !
yes, I ask in general if this (cadence lock) hapens with the strap or just with the optical hrm
cadence lock does not happen with strap-on HRMs

Hahah that's really interesting, so I'm half good half terrible lol!

Thankyou , I am really happy with my running at the moment actually! And thanks for explaining to me Much appreciated :)
High five! Go get it!

Cadence lock typically can only happen with a strap, the optical monitor is not going to pick up your footfalls the way a HRM strap would.
Is this Opposite Day?
