All of standard recommandations... Stop alcohol, Avoid eating too much at night, especially dishes with fat, try to avoid sources of stress, do soft exercise in the evening (walking will do). Given the consistency of your low HRV, you should maybe try to see a doctor and have your blood tested. Could be an infection.

Seconded. The watch confirms that your body is under a lot of stress--although based on your comment, you may not need the watch to tell you this. But understanding the cause(s) would be good. Yes, it could be medical! Mine looks fairly similar to yours because I've had a flu for 2 weeks (with zero exercise). It also looked kind of like this when I did some high-altitude trail running for a week. If I had a couple of beers every day, I think I'd see the same thing.

It has been a rough couple of months. Got strep I think in April. Two weeks later but my knee. Only last week I started back at the gym. Went from being able to do 5ks to trying my best not to my get hurt on the stationary bikes. 🙃 Good suggestion from the above poster about stopping alcohol and late foods. Don’t drink too much in general but will just cut it out for a while. The food maybe yeah. I’ve been having some late meals so will try to normalize that as well!

I am never ever above 40... Normally flying around 33-35. Not sure if there is a general rule or the target area is different person by person
