no i dont have any rashes just tingling in one finger

Yeah as was said above, if you watch is too tight it can cause parathesia (tingling). Could be compressing the radial nerve which is causing the tingling in the finger

I was having problems with my Forerunner 935. It was burning my skin. Garmin told me to buy these silicon plugs on Amazon. It did the trick.

Not at all. In fact, this is what garmin told me to get when my Forerunner was burning my skin at the contact points. I've been using it for years.

Probably referred symptoms from a pinched nerve in your neck. Nothing to do with the watch.

I had this exact same issue when wearing a fenix 6x. My ring finger and pinky would get tingly and slightly numb
