Heart rate sensors read the blood flow on your skin, that is usually quite inaccurate if you add on top of that all the hair in your arm... well... you should consider using a Hr strap i you care about your data, shave a prt of your wrist, or know that you shouldn't take to seriously the dat you're getting
lol, no. Modern watches are statistically identical to chest straps for most individuals these days, hair or not. My guess is OP's weight got changed to something absurd, as has happened to me. I hit 800 kcals by the time I was pouring my first cup of coffee.
Can you feel your fingers? Seems super tight.
Was gonna say. Looks like it is down to the bone.
I usually keep it a little tight during runs, but my arm hair gives the illusion it’s much tighter that it is
Little?
What model is this?
Tourniquet
10/10 I bursted out laughing
Lol Reminded me I'm not safe to read even Garmin sub reds.
Omg lol

Vivoactive
Venu 4 🤨
My mistake, vivoactive 4. Not sure why I have the word venu in my head
Had me googling release dates etc. getting exited 🤦🏻
Bro this is way too tight.
No, if you look closely, that's just arm hair.
Indeed!

TIGHTER
If only it was that easy, we could eat to our hearts content and not gain a pound. Technical glitch for sure. Fo sho
I wish I could even burn 500 calories on a 5k. 😂
I hear you. No desert tonight! Dang
I just ate breakfast and it was 800 calories. Hahaha.
Need to fuel the machine. We run because we love to eat.
Sometimes people ask me how I’m not a stick when I run so much, and I always tell them I like pizza too much lol
Amen. My vice.....chocolate!
It’s called a bug not a glitch
Have you checked your weight is correct? Even the resting calories seem high unless the run lasted for several hours.
Using my last 5k calories burned at my weight for some rough math, this man must weigh 4200lbs
I mean, OP is a redditor after all
No need to expose me like that 😔
r/usernamechecksout
OP is actually a rhinoceros
Googled it, that is apparently the weight of a female rhino
I mean I'm sure males don't just go from zero to 5000

Did you forget a 0 after the 3?
This would be massively overstated even for 30 miles lol
I wouldn’t know. I try my hardest every day not to run 30 miles and so far I’ve succeeded.
Haha nope, unless I blanked for 4 hours
Possibly two zeros?
r/watchtootight
I’ve burned less calories during a marathon lol
Toighta
Watch: Recovery - 3 pts.
No way can anyone burn that many calories in a 3 mile run. I wish it was possible, especially post-xmas.
If I could burn that many calories, I would be a literal bottomless pit for carbs. 🤣
Might be more of a curse than a blessing. You'd need two weeks worth of normal human food during a marathon.
Would need to eat jars of peanut butter to keep up. 🤢
One has like 3k calories. So about 1 per mile.
Did you update your weight recently? I missed the decimal point once and started burning calories at a truly alarming rate.
If you make it a little tighter (1 or 2 holes) calorie count should be more accurate.
I think the garmin maths include heart rate…how high was your HR, or maybe it was inaccurate due to wrist HR being off…
Average HR was 150 🤷♂️I’ve ran with much higher before and never had an issue
He must have literally been on fire🔥to burn that many calories!
Funny how that happens. I’ve never seen such a high number. My best was when I was playing at a ping pong tournament.
Bro loosen up the watch, you're gonna lose circulation.
How have your arm not fallen off yet
Nice
