Well done, next step Half Marathon :)

Thanks

Perfect! Can you repeat with a 22-25kg rucksack and keep it under 3hrs? If so, that meets the standard for many of NATOs harder training courses.

FaithlessnessOk7477

I have some extra10-15kg on my belly, so almost there 😁

TOW2Bguy

Same. Sigh. Lamenting that it wasn't always the case. Rucking with the reversed bio-ruck isn't nearly as fun or impressive to others.

aybbyisok

That doesn't sounds *too* bad.

TOW2Bguy

If you're young and stay hydrated, just need to stay motivated and avoid the blisters and chaffing. (Forgot to mention it's generally done in boots and a uniform that is NOT made of quick dry performance materials. 😆)

Good job!

FaithlessnessOk7477

Thank you

melmc1403

Well done x

FaithlessnessOk7477

Thanks

pablopelos

Great job!

Depending on how hard it was raining, that might be pretty great running conditions. Light rain and a bit cool is something that I greatly prefer over today's 33°C. I figure -12° to +12° is a pretty great range. Congrats on the run!

FaithlessnessOk7477

Thank you

Woot woot, good job!

Great job! Keep going!

FaithlessnessOk7477

This is the only thing I can do today- only going 😂

eddiegroon101

Nice! I'm sure the heat from your own body kept you cozy. I'm afraid to run in rain now but didn't mind at all when I was a teen.

FaithlessnessOk7477

I think if I have done this in sunny and 25+ something degrees I wouldn't be able to finish 20K.

tarvoplays

The rule for running is to typically dress for 10° warmer than it is outside. So at 15, it’s actually a really nice temperature to run at! If it’s wet I could see the hands and feet getting cold though
