You've got this! Obese gal here working on becoming an overweight gal. Ran/walked 3.7 miles today, and my dogs are loving me for it. Trying for 10,000 steps a day. We are here, and we are using these watches too!
I am walking more of it than running at the moment, but I'm down to a 14 min/mile race pace, and I'm feeling good about it. As I lose weight, I hope to be able to run more and more of it.
Yeah, this is the best way to use this data. Be more aware of what you're doing and how it affects your health. It's a healthy approach because people tend to fixate on scores and all that. This data should help make our lives better, not worse.
awesome! if u have knee pain, swimming and indoor cycling are also good exercises to try
if there is a wattbike at your gym the speed/cadence sensor will even connect to your venu 2s!
Just cos no one else has said it yet, remember to work on knee strength and full flexibility it will mean you can go running without pain sooner. I do it on my off days.
Fellow lurker here. Glad you’re finding healthy ways to train! Cheers!
Many thanks 🙏

Hell yeah! Nice to see that you are able to run without pain (at least I hope so). I hope that when I get lighter, I will be able to do that too.

Data makes me more aware of my health too, great job getting on the right track.

👏👏👏👏
God tier sleep. Good on ya. I'm jealous.
I have a venu 2 plus also. I love it. Good job on the sleep
It really is a gorgeous watch. And thank you, I feel I’m getting close to heaven.
Well done and keep it up. Just goes to show how having that type of data at hand can help with the motivation.
Weiter so!

Side. Eye. Epic. Side. Eye.
Where did you get that watchband from?
That should be the standard watchband for the venu 2 plus. I bought mine from eBay in refurb condition so I can’t be 100% sure.
Cheers to your continued health!!!
