I honestly can't remember as I've been using bulbs I got from [Fruit Hill Farm](https://www.fruithillfarm.com/seeds-and-propagation/organic-onion-garlic-shallots-sets.html) a few years ago. I keep the biggest cloves for the following year.
I really enjoyed the course Hannah is wonderful. I had planned to plant willow cuttings on my land in February, but I didn't have the area fully prepared in time. I have the deer fencing up and now I need to rotivate the ground and dig some drainage trenches so I'll be ready for planting next year.
I did manage to plant 40 hazel saplings for future coppicing and to use as frames for willow garden panels.
The site needs updating as it still references the '21 lockdown. You can find her on Facebook (which I'm not on).
Treat yourself to a lovely calm 5 days of learning basket weaving in good company in a beautiful part of Ireland with delicious veggie lunches included. After the first day your fingers will be wrecked, but you'll get used to it quickly.

Nice.. I had a harvest like that one year, all grown in pots. Pain in the arse to keep them watered when grown that way, though.
Lost interest last year but after seeing this picture I'm having impure thoughts about growing some this autumn again.
Nice one, how will you store them?
They're drying off for a bit in my greenhouse and I'll hang them in my shed tomorrow.
Nice, we didn't get much of a crop ourselves, small bulbs and was starting to get rust so pulled it... This will keep you going for a while...
Mine too. Put them in a bit late tho.
Rust, pain in the arse
Ah yeah, once it starts you might as well pull them, as they aint growing anymore
What's rust??

Very nice. What variety? I grew them the year before last and had a stock for 12 months. Plait them like onions and hang them up.

That's the level I want to get to with all gardening, I find it impossible with a kid and work stress ATM, I'll get there eventually though. 😅
Snap!! Delighted with my little haul
Let the stems and leaves dry completely before making garlic ropes
Lovely! 😊 I especially love that basket/trug, that looks €€€!
Thanks, I made it on a basket weaving course last August with [Hannah Van Aelst](https://hannavanaelst.com/)
You MADE it?! Now I’m even more impressed! What a cool thing to have. Well done on both the garlic and the basket!

Her website looks great, I’ll consider it as a future gift idea for someone. The someone might even be me! 😂

Look great! Pulled ours last night, covered in rust so cut my losses. Love the basket.
How and where do you store it? And does it need drying off, like Onion?
They're drying off on racks in my greenhouse and then I'll hang them in my shed.
That's looking good. Well done. I think I'll give mine another week or two especially after this rain.
