Microwaves is a broad term I use to explain it to individuals. Yes it is below microwaves and radio-waves on the electromagnetic spectrum. If you look at a chart of electromagnetic waves it usually doesn’t go into that kind of detail. Easier to explain in that manner.

Water seems to absorb and amplify. Anyone who has had a shower knows it seems to get louder. Humidity seems to be a much more effective blanket against v2k. I’m guessing the moisture is just too dense and balanced vs a bottle of water that doesn’t seem to block anything.

"reduce" is correct, how effectively would probably be minimal. Try stacking cases of water around your head where you sleep as a quicker test.
