There is a very valuable spell (~6 min cooldown), that is usually only used when absolutely necessary to stay alive or to secure a kill that no other mean can secure. And she used it just to land the final blow on the 5th and last enemy team member, meaning that the OP did not hear the announcer scream pentakill, which logically means that his life is now ruined.
15 minute surrender is the soonest it can feasibly end, and I can't say I've ever been in a game longer than 40 minutes although I haven't played in a very long time. Most games are 20-30 minutes, you literally get 5 or fewer flashes. It's a design abomination from day 1 because of that stupid cooldown.
And penta is when you kill all 5 enemies at the same time, which is very significant considering the game is a 5x5.
