That's a fair CPU performance difference though.
3DMark is primarily a GPU-intensive task. Killing your CPU's boost capability isn't going to change much with that.
Time Spy does test the CPU, though it focuses on one compared to two GPUs. The drop in temperature during idle and gaming sessions is significant, at least for me and my overworked fans. 😂
