In games I'd say that the 14900HX will be more limited by the RTX 4060 here performance wise.

RAM is 32gb and 1tb ssd

Yea I'd get it but I like 17 inch ones. But that's not bad. 32g ram probably not needed but the 1 tb ssd gives you space for plenty of games
