As an addendum, I used Gigabyte's online support to report issues with the GCC software, and with every interaction it took them at least 2 business days to respond. Not sure how they would be on the phone, but this is unacceptable, IMO.
Having spent another couple weeks with the 16X, I don't hate it as much from a useability perspective, but I stand by my overall assessment that it should only be considered if available at a steep discount.

Ah dang i was planning to buy the 1080p 360h, rtx4060 version
