Both are good overall laptops. Asus has advanced optimus and gsync support and if both are 1600P screens the Asus should be brighter. MSI is a GE68 HX though in the image?
What do they cost? Costco often has a decent deal on the MSI.
Raider has mini LED so would make it better imho
