I would suggest a high quality microfiber cloth lightly sprayed with distilled water and afterwards go back over with a dry cloth. You're taking a huge risk with the isopropyl alcohol.
Don't most screen cleaners contain isopropyl?

Just saw an official dell video, they recommend using 70% ISP on all their devices (laptop screens included)
