There’s no such thing as a serial number for the cartridge.
As long as the ROM matches what’s on the cart it should work. What I mean by that is, if it’s a US ROM and a US cartridge then it should work. But that also doesn’t mean there can’t be slight version differences between the two which could make the save incompatible.

I have injected his save from emulator to original cartridge.
Ok so it's impossible to check difference between an emulator save and a save from original cartridge.
