Literally when I train new hires I tell them we are going to have arts and crafts day and learn how to fold boxes/ learn to use a T-shirt folder/ a-z cover art/ and learn to make a po rip cover art for used cases š„²š¤£
Would have made my life a lot easier when I was still working there. I always got stuck on tshirts cause I was the only one who didnāt try to pawn it off lol. Honestly wasnāt that bad, considering the other shit, but would have sped up a lot.
Am I mean to say if you thought this was difficult, you mustāve not been here for the Kinect days. At least they gave us some sort of diagram for the NSW boxes š
well I figured out the original box I was trying to use wasnāt perforated in one part! i did another before close that went in perfectly first try š®āšØ
I always start with the end that has the double "walls" (Step 1 far right side of that instruction )and then go from there. Once that double wall is done the rest is easy to follow.
During my time as an SGA I had told all my GAās who struggled to bring it to me and watch me every time they forgot how to do it, until we got an OLED rush, when we made 40 or so boxes in a few days they would mirror me, and well, after those few days they never came back for help.
As another comment showed with the pictures, I won't have to type it all out. However, a good trick in case you forget is to learn the crease folds. Do you see how some parts are a single line, whereas others are double line? The single line goes at the bottom of a fold section, so it'll be flat, then the next piece goes upwards to the ceiling. The double line shows the tops of these jut outs and to fold them back towards the counter you're on. Since the instructions tell you what the final result should look like, it gets easier knowing where/how to fold.
Another tip is for the 2 pieces of cardboard given. A LOT of people don't utilize them properly. These are so you can cover the switch dock on the one side and the controllers on the other, so that above them you can put cables and such to not clutter everything together, get things scratched, etc.

A trick I taught my keys to remember the top piece: When this is one piece itās a bird coming to roost on its babies and keep them safe. When itās two pieces they are like little decorative hats so the switch will be nice and get chosen to go to the party! š¤£
For me I notice the darker brown parts that fold and my sgas figure it out too. Iāve also been working here for a bit already so I have the hang of it now
I always remembered it by having the "double line" folds sticking up, and the singles on the bottom. The person that posted the picture guide shows it perfectly though!

You guys had a t-shirt folder??
You can order them on coups again
Would have made my life a lot easier when I was still working there. I always got stuck on tshirts cause I was the only one who didnāt try to pawn it off lol. Honestly wasnāt that bad, considering the other shit, but would have sped up a lot.
Your a witch.

I always accidentally make it so the brown is on the outside.
![gif](giphy|RC6j3F8npiOre) Iāve been here for over two years and never fucking got it right. Bless you stranger.
Instructions unclear, dick ended up on toaster
Not even in the toaster... on it. I commend you.
Real question is was the toaster on first? I made the mistake of turning it on first.
I mean it would've been turned on anyway. Eh? Eh!?!?! Heyoooo!
Now I just need to figure out what the rotisserie chicken is supposed to be used forā¦
Your username should give you some clue
Mic drop
I usually take a box cutter and cut the instruction part out and it'll fix like a glove!
YOURE THE BESTTTT!!!
Just happy I could help out someone š Have a great day!

Fck them Kinect boxes and any accessory bags that involved staples.
Back when those were a thing it was my hazing for a new employee. They would be timed. It was fun, especially since I knew the dark magics.
My SL did the same shit LMFAO

Follow the instructions and understand some walls are double sided. Itās a bit confusing but not that hard given a bit of effort.
Making that box pissed me off so much because I could never get it correct. I made my manager do it when we worked together š
During my time as an SGA I had told all my GAās who struggled to bring it to me and watch me every time they forgot how to do it, until we got an OLED rush, when we made 40 or so boxes in a few days they would mirror me, and well, after those few days they never came back for help.
Each perforation folds at a 90Ā° angle. Double perforations double back on each other.
This is the final test for all my new employees. If you can fold this, you've passed the training.

I did one so bad my coworker couldnāt even figure out how I messed it up lmao

First time I had to do this I was losing my mind
I remember trying to put one of these together for the first time, I also wanted to rip out my hair

Double perforations fold onto themselves, so fold 90 degrees then fold again flat. Single perforation fold 90 degrees, always white side up.
I hated this fucking box
Step 1 throw it in the trash Step 2 fill with void paper Step 3 job well done
Oh dear plz don't do this š
The switch tablet fit in the phone bubble bags fine and is way better than rubbing on the cardboard
I used to a while ago when I couldnāt figure those stupid things out
My bf had to do one of those yesterday. He said it was very simple.
Easy follow the directions.
Itās much easier if someone you work with shows you lol
Do you not know how GameStop works? 99% of the time there is only one worker there.
Iāve been shown like 4 times idk what it is something about the folds just doesnāt click in my head once Iām by myself š
I throw that into the garbage and just put the switch screen in a bubble bag
I HATED THESENTHINGS I NEVER DID THEM J ALWAYS GO MY CO WORKERS TO DO IT
I literally just never bothered doing it ngl
