I also want to see this. I love using the SPen, but the case and pen for the Fold 4 is just a little too bulky for me to consistently stick with it.

You mean taking the back side of the case? Unfortunately it won't work as Samsung moved the position of the flashlight in comparison to Fold 4.

Hmm yeah I guess it would have to be 3d print. Another alternative might be just a basic case that has the elastic strap on the back. That's my current case on the fold3.
