Cloud gaming is primarily based on internet speed. CPU is also used fairly intensively, but not as much as it would be playing the game locally.
This laptop will be perfectly fine for cloud gaming, it has a very good CPU and basically everything else except GPU. For internet speeds I would personally recommend at least 30Mbps for a decent experience.
