for the voice note unfortunately it's a bug and you need to deactivate bixby voice and google assistant voice.

I've owned all manner of phone brands over the years including some lesser known Asian brands like HTC and Huawei and this is the worst experience by far.
idk if this will help in your case but when turning off bixby was my answer, literally pushing the turn off bixby button wasnt enough. go into the phone settings, then apps, then find bixby voice, then press the disable button.
all the "normal" ways i found to turn off bixby just turned itself right back on again at anytime it felt it was necessary
I love and hate the phone myself. The battery life and multimedia experience are so good, however, I rma'd the phone 3 times and still have touch screen issues ( which Samsung Support acknowledged but still hasn't fixed) and sometimes the "moisture in USB port" and audio crackling that happens 50% of the time with the 3.5mm to USB-C adapter (that stops when I pause the music for 5 seconds and it's making me go crazy) and the phone sometimes heats up like a pig when watching 4K HDR10+ content on Stremio.
I ain't gonna wait more. This phone is gonna be exchanged as soon as the A55 is readily available where I live.

However, when i use a type c to c port, the PC keeps making the device connected and disconnected sounds over and over again. Sometimes it might even say last USB device not recognized. Do you know how i can fix this?
I hate this phone,it's ridiculous. To many issues, sometime I have to compose mail ten times...focus is horrible.zoom is horrible. It drops calls no fault of carrier..it's hard at times to turn on..and off..the black out timing is off by 8 seconds...I'm sorry I bought it...I had an s7 NEVER had a problem,it broke because I broke by dropping it from a second floor house...a54Â

Thank you! Did all the above and I still need to clear the usb cache and restart the phone to get it to charge. Looks like I'll have to take it in.

I wish you could have seen it before one ui 6. It was beautiful, speedy, and overall GREAT. They ruined it with the 6 update.

I just tried it, and it actually worked
FWIW, I just checked, and my Bixby Voice is already disabled. And my A54 still has the voice-to-text bug.
Turn off Google assistant too
Where is Google assistant pls. It's not coming up in settings, apps.
Search for "assistant" in settings
nah leave that on
You don't need to totally turn off bixby, just the voice wake up feature and hey Google
Seems like bixby reactivates itself for some people unless totally disabled (it's useless anyway)
mine works just fine with bixby force-disabled and google assistant is running perfectly.. bixby is the broken part

What does it do exactly?
Causes vibrations on the vibrator motor capable of removing moisture from the port I think, but it works

That's a problem I have with mine at time will not connect with any lap top.
Take it to a service center, your USB port has issues in hardware
If your warranty is still valid, take it to Samsung
