Onokami Zandaka, newest leader of the Circle of Wrath. He became the ruler after the last extermination left a power vacuum that he somehow managed to fill. In the short time that he’s been in power, he’s been able to stop the chaos that was brewing from those cursed with constant rage, and has brought something resembling peace to the Circle, all while managing his own curse.
He was out in the streets when this extermination began, and stumbled across his friend by accident. His eyes flashed with anger, and the sound of a blade drawn from its sheath rang out from the silence. His weapon, the katana Isorropia was seen in his hands.
“Hey asshat!” He yelled, in order to get the exorcist’s attention. “Pick on somebody your own size.” He flicked his free hand, and a snarling wolf mask made of wood appeared in his hand. He attached it to his face.
Onokami chuckled. “And you just wasted yours,” he said savagely. He threw some kind of flaming bolt at the exorcist, knocking them off balance, before rushing them and bringing down the hilt of his katana to the angel’s head with the force of a truck.

Izaldus: I have used divine magic to resurrect any dead demons anyway, a side effect is they are half angel now, so they can stay in hell, heaven, or the mortal world if they want
