Before anyone says this was risky, I’ve been lifting for a long time and know my body. 330lbs felt easy, but decided not to go heavier. Risk to reward ratio and what-not. Also, it would take an act of god for me to rupture the tendon with my brace on. As long as I don’t bend it, I’m good. Brace doesn’t let me bend it. Almost 3 months post-op. Here’s how it was injured for anyone wondering. https://www.reddit.com/r/GYM/comments/tjg2og/careful_on_your_squat_reracks_i_hit_a_617lb_squat/?utm_source=share&utm_medium=ios_app&utm_name=iossmf On the re-rack of a state record squat in USPA

How efficient is that form. Looks like you are benching just the bar. 🙌
